Took this at a horseshoeing clinic a couple of weeks ago. The clinician was demonstrating how to forge weld a bar shoe. Of course I had to be front and center with a camera to catch the action. I think I might have even learned something too...

Yesterday I made this little creation starring the trolls Tom, William and Bert from ´An unexpected Journey` fighting against Thorin and his company. Actually this creation is just a test-MOC for an upcoming much bigger Lord of the Rings creation.

Oreca 03 LMP2 driven by Jim Davenport. 460Hp Oreca 03-Nissan LMP2 (2012) Le Mans Series Racing Prototype - V8
The Formula Le Mans car is built by French manufacturer Oreca and known as the FLM09. The chassis is based on Courage's LC75 LMP2 chassis, while the car's carbon fiber and kevlar bodywork is a simplified version of the LC75's design. All FLM09s use a production-based General Motors small block LS3 V8 which produces approximately 430 horsepower (440 PS). Transmissions are supplied by Xtrac and feature a six-speed sequential transmission operated by paddle shifters. Engine management is regulated by Magneti Marelli. Up to 2012, all FLM09 cars ran on Michelin slick tires based on their LMP tires but in March 2013, it was announced that Continental AG would be the tire supplier for the LMP Challenge class in the upcoming American Le Mans Series season owing to Continental's deal with NASCAR as sole tire supplier for their sportscar arm. Reinforced carbon-carbon disc brakes are supplied by Brembo.
In order to accommodate endurance races in 2010, Oreca also offers an endurance upgrade for the FLM09 which adds an air restrictor to the engine to increase reliability as well as slowing the car in comparison to LMP2 category cars.

Mick loves to play games. In the winter, when it's early dark I do this often with them, they have to think, it's good for their mental health.
The Lady Beetle will be an impressive Maze Master for sure and make its way to the edge using the red lines. Who remembers getting a Maze Master badge at the show (if you found your way out of the maze) when you were a kid?
I guess if you didn't, they would find you dazed and dehydrated in some blind corner and sweep you out at closing time!
So, with the return of Doctor Who on the telly, comes the return of me spamming Tardis designs. This one's for the Master, the one from my series. Only problem is that mecabricks doesn't have the right head, so I...had to improvise? Does it count as improvising if I just left it blank?
Doesn't matter, the Master isn't the focus. This Tardis is actually one of my smaller ones, mainly so I could render it on mecabricks, and have a play around with the light system. And by play around I mean profuse swearing. I'm not kidding, it's taken me days to get the time rotor lit up. I'd have liked to get the round bits on the walls lit up too, but that'd be a whole other thing. I'll keep tinkering with it though, see what I can come up with.
So, some details about this Tardis. The console is on an island, no handrails, so it's a sheer drop if you misstep. When questioned about it, the Master would probably say
'Handrails? I don't keep humans around, why would I need handrails?'
Classic Master. What else is interesting about this Tardis...Not a lot tbh, it's very dark, perhaps a bit too dark, I turned off the HDRI lighting so the lights would be more prevalent.
Oh, the exterior, and proper look at the Master, will be uploaded...at some point, so keep an eye out for that.
