On our Mexico trip we really wanted to hike in the Pueblos Mancomunados area after reading a description in the Lonely Planet book. But I was not able to find a map good enough to plan hiking activities. This is one side of a map I purchased in Latuvi for 50 pesos. There is more detail on the other side. But hopefully this will help you get a better idea of the trail landscape in this area. We ended up hiking the Camino Real trail one-way which was very interesting.

Foldout map booklet, front cover. Combination piece serves as a roadmap from airport to Boulder as well as a streetmap of the town. When unfolded, map highlights favorite spots in Boulder the couple wanted their friends & family to see, as well as informational notes regarding the wedding and subsequent reception. Folded map was intended to be convenient enough to carry in one's pocket.

In the southern part of Cherchen / Qiemo, the enormous Kunlun Mountain range - marking the northern end of the massive Tibetean plateau, splits into two arms, the Altyn Tagh / Arjin Shan Mountains heading east-north-east and the Qilian Mountains heading east, which together enclose the Qaidam Plateau in Qinghai Province, and the Kunlun Mountains continue southeast.
A major earthquake fault, the Altyn Tagh, runs along the northern side of the Kunlun and Altyn mountains. The county's southern border is with the Tibet Autonomous Region.
Cherchen / Qiemo County is in southwest Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture.

I'm moving to Ukraine this November, and this map shows my poor concept of European geography. Yeah, I've traveled... apparently it doesn't mean I've learned deep cultural insights?
The Millbrae Spur would have connected Interstate 280 to Millbrae along the Junipero Serra Boulevard right of way.
Canacona is the south most part of Goa. Popular places like Palolem and Polem beaches and the Cotigao wildlife sanctuary are are located in Canacona.

I rescued many old maps from the bin after a big clean up from the old DMR Offices behind the Old Barracks in West Perth.
Map of Child Development Project/ Tehsil/ Development Block Sangrah, District Sirmaur Himachal Pradesh, India. 234 Anganwari Centers of 41 Panchayats are working under CDPO Sangrah. Sangrah is a Beautiful Town, Green Valley and Tehsil HQ of District Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh. Sangrah Town is about 63 K.M. from Nahan, 65 K.M. from Rajgarh and 25 K.M. from Reenuka Ji (By Road). Government Degree College Sangrah, Tehsil Office, BDO, HDO, ADO, BSNL Exchange, Police Station, Old House of National Awarded Kinkri Devi, Jawga Hils, Jawga Helipad, Rawlagarh Fort, Brah Forest, Bhagwan Parshuram ITC, Lord Vijat and Shiva Temple are the main attraction/Place of Sangrah. There are 41 Gram Panchayats in Sangrah Development Block and Tehsil. About 21 Panchayats of Sangrah Block has been covered with the Snow during winter season. Population of Sangrah Bhoj/Area is about 6,000 and height is 6,700 Feet. Budechhu, Dhakuli, Nati, Geeh, Thoda Fight and Purua are the Famous Folk Dance of this area. The main crops/cash crops of Sangrah Tehsil are Maize, Wheat, Gram, Palsies, Tomato, Potato, Ginger, Pees and Garlic. Fruits Apple, Banana, Mango, Dry Fruits and Peach are grown over here.

Map of a German Gotha raid
Map 10 from Volume V of the official history "The War in the Air" shows the track of Gotha aeroplane bombing raids on Essex and Kent in May/June 1917. The Royal Air Force was formed largely in response to bombing raids such as this.
The final map's starting to take shape. I've added the central canal loop, the Birmingham canal, Birmingham and Fazeley canal, North Birmingham route and Newhall valley.
Some of the longer routes have been compressed and the central area expanded to accommodate all the 'stations'.

One could say Barcelona equals Antoni Gaudi, Spanish architect who was famous for his unique designs that can be seen in his works on display throughout the city. His designs are characterized by curves borrowed from nature and by his unique style of tile mosaics. This map visualizes the whole city with a neat pattern and irregular curves. The distinct colors of mosaics ensure that fare zones, parks and the Mediterranean stand out.
