Mona took Boyd's doggy Pike for a walk in the garden. She had a brand new orange bag that matched the flower in her hat perfectly. She decided to further decorate herself with some maple leaves. ;)

It’s fall, and the leaves are just starting to turn. October is usually warm and dry, but so far it’s been cool and wet. It rained all night, and there’s been just a hint of sunshine so far.

There is a large section of about 10 varieties of maple trees in Highland Park. T this time of year they are ablaze with color. They can't be seen in one picture. This is only about 1/3rd of them.

Most of leaves have fallen down, but maple leaves at my yard still are hanging. Tonight we are having cold rain. Hopefully it turns to snow.....
