Photo manipulation is as old as photography itself; the idea of a photo having inherent verisimilitude is a social construct. Manipulation has been used to deceive or persuade viewers, or for improved story-telling and self-expression. Sometimes a photo manipulation has little or no resemblance to the photo from which is started. Image manipulation software is then used to apply effects and warp the image in whatever way possible until the desired result is achieved

An experimentation with doppelgangers, dim lighting and incorporating a story.

So....I tried a multiple piece photo manipulation for the first time ever...I'm....not excited by my really bad skills, ha ha. THe quality is poor because I was just playing around, not planning on taking it this far.

I am aware it has flaws, but I'd appreciate feed back.

All elements came from my own photos or were completely fabricated except the base lantern image which came from giftsunusual.com

Anyway...please don't be brutal but I'd like to learn :)

My Grandaughter never learned to keep her mouth shut !

never been a great photoshop user, but a friend of mine asked me to do some manipulations, so here is the result... i guess it's quite nice =D

Did a manipulation of few shots, combining of the rail, sky + clouds, + me & H-D WL '43 bike plus few layers of layers.... my first attempt of photo manipulation and hope to do more in future.

The adventures of Jeremy takes him back to when JFK met Gump. Too bad something must have distracted him and he missed the meeting.

An idea I got from a joke e-mail about statues interacting with people. You will probably get more of these when I find the right images to combine.
