I've been trying to get a decent shot of a cormorant since November 2009. I think I've finally got one.

Went back last Sunday, this time with my tripod. That enabled me to shoot at lower ISO to keep the noise down. The little bit of light left in the sky also added depth and texture to the photo.

When I first came during the week, the auditorium was lit with a certain shade that would change every few minutes. This time, the lighting was constant but with various colors.

This frog was taken while i was photographing the bees , just jumped across and landed on a leaf. it was almost the same size of a bee.
