"Life has taught us that love does not consist in gazing at each other but in looking outward together in the same direction."
-Saint-Exupery
I recognize that I am extremely blessed to have this man to face the world with. We've had plenty of ups and downs, plenty of hard times and plenty of joys. All of it was better because I had my best friend by my side. I know I take that for granted sometimes, but love is a good thing...and I'm greatful to have this man to love.

(some seriously extreme ghetto lighting here...reflector lamp from walmart, so be gentle...this is my first attempt at this sort of thing.)
There has never been a time as good as this. Yet, someone is always preparing for disaster, or telling us the world will end tomorrow. In this shot, Noah is trying to hitch his pontoon boat, which is almost as big as his house, to his pickup with plenty of assistance from Mrs. Noah. The scene, or similar variations, can be found all over America during the summer.
To see the 3-D, use red/cyan glasses.

A Raphael Tuck postcard from about 1925 showing a City of London Police Sergeant assisting a couple with their small child across the very busy Bank junction with the Mansion House in the background. The commentary on the reverse of the postcard is entitled "Safety First".
"The control of the traffic by the London Policeman is the constant theme of warm approval from visitors hailing from all over the world. His courtesy and kindness to the aged wayfarer, the stranger or the inexperienced, dazed by the turmoil and traffic of our streets, is equally worthy of a word of praise".
Again the useless Geotag system has put this scene south of the river, this is the City of London, not Southwark.
This is the last in a series of 12 shots that make up my humble attempt to photographically tell the story of my friends' wedding. Editing choices are intentional to the expression of the moments and progression of the story. Let me know how it reads... comments always appreciated!
This is Barbara and Alan posing for a photo almost at the base of the Hidden Garden Steps in San Francisco's Inner Sunset District. The Hidden Garden Steps were our second set of Tiled Step that we visited during Barbara and Alan's visit with us in our fair city of San Francisco. It was a great day seeing some of the sights.
I shot this using my Canon Powershot SX50.
Whilst at the Palais-Royal we came across a happy couple having their wedding photos taken. This one was taken against a dark background allowing me to isolate them in their own little world. The truth is there were hundreds of tourists and Parisiens stood round gawping.
I recently did a photo-shoot for this wonderful couple and their daughter...
this is best of that shoot...
I cant take all the credit...
they are all very photo-genic !
the bride and groom treated all members of their bridal party to dinner celebrating their six month anniversary. The limo ride was the added bonus.
