lovers and background all of wood for MacroMonday's theme #perfect.match.
HMM for everybody - FMM para todos !
It's a lively start to the week for these two...where the rest of the mosh pit has gone is anyone's guess. Well, in my book, an audience of one is better than no audience (if you're a world famous performer like Bruce the Busker, that is).
It's obviously all about the guitar (the big curvy 'stage', not the little one being played by Bruce). Guitars are such beautiful instruments, and the wood used can be stunning. Not sure which type of wood mine is made from, but it still looks good after all these years, apart from a few scratches here and there.
I´m enjoying a warm Finland where the temperature has been over 31 degrees celsius.
Greetings to all of you. I will be back in Sweden in the middle of August so will still be on/off for a while.
Happy MM!!

This is my miniature cork box that I love with these small small dices. This is my contribution for the theme "made of wood" for #smileonsaturday.

a small 1-1/4 inch wooden charm for trackers, a small gift given by the fairies in the Enchanted Forest at the Renaissance festival.
A wooden toy alligator on a wooden log. The real ones we have here in Florida sometimes look like wood floating in the water and are a bit more dangerous than this one. HMM everyone!
A wooden salt bowl. The lid is fixed to the bottom and slides over with perfect precision snugly closing the salt inside. On the left a wooden spoon for the salt. Realy nice wood-work.
The tip of a very tiny piece of driftwood I found on a beach in Oman. The front portion here is 1.5 in at it's widest point. Beautifully smoothed and bleached by the action of the tides and sun.
Here is how it was taken: Placed on aluminium foil, lit with natural window light and taken with a 25mm prime lens on a 4/3 mirrorless camera. Hand held.
