An unexpected visitor found in a bunch of flowers. Very active little guy...but here he was sneaking up on me. Don't worry. After his photo shoot he was gently placed outside in our flower garden.

Plavi Kristov cvijet i pčele u tihoj igri prirode 🌸🐝

Plavi Kristov cvijet (Passiflora caerulea), poznat i kao krunica gospodinova, stoljećima je bio simbol strpljenja i vjere. Njegovi upečatljivi oblici skrivaju priču: krunica od niti, pet prašnika i tri tučka podsjećaju na simbole Kristove muke. Ovdje ga nalazimo u društvu pčela, koje neumorno traže slatki nektar među njegovim složenim strukturama.

Snimao sam s Takumar 1:1.4/50 (M42) na f/4, 1/160s, ISO 320, Canon R7 — iz ruke.

Blue Passionflower and bees in their silent dance of nature 🌸🐝

The Blue Passionflower (Passiflora caerulea), also called the Crown of Christ, has long been a symbol of patience and faith. Its unique forms tell a story: the corona of filaments, five stamens, and three stigmas are said to represent the Passion of Christ. Here, bees are drawn to its intricate beauty, collecting nectar with tireless devotion.

Captured with Takumar 1:1.4/50 (M42) at f/4, 1/160s, ISO 320 on Canon R7 — handheld.

I love magnolia macro photos. Especially in black and white.

Using a couple different light sources to go from bright color to dim color.

Most of my photographs are taken in and around the city of Molde, in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway.

This one was taken at the Rose Garden on roof of Molde Town Hall.

A rose is a woody perennial flowering plant of the genus Rosa, in the family Rosaceae, or the flower it bears. There are over a hundred species and thousands of cultivars.
