#Dogwood52 Challenge Week 15 - Creative Metal
I've tweaked my back and unable to drive do to pain meds and muscle relaxers. I didn't want to miss this weeks challenge so I have been forced to use whatever I have at home. I received this working Singer sewing machine for my 8th birthday. Originally it had a matching C clamp that you used to clamp it down at the edge of a table. That and the box are long gone.
Shot with natural east facing light in my kitchen.
This has been one of my all-time favorite old truck photos since I took the shot in 2003. The silver Ford was abandoned in Sylvania ghost town, which sits right on the Nevada / California border. The town was a gold mine for anyone who likes rusty old trucks. There were several, but we heard they have all been removed since our visit. Sylvania had a long history of mining gold, lead, and silver as far back as the 1860's up until the 1970's. There were a few buildings there, but I liked the old trucks and mining equipment even more. This image was scanned from an old slide.
Try as I might I couldn't replicate this shot. I think it was a blue gel on the bg flash and orange on the left side then played with the hue in post.
A machine shop in the isolated ghost town of Berlin, Nevada has a great view of the valley below from its location in the Shoshone Range. The town's few remaining buildings scattered on the hillside are maintained as a state park. This was scanned from a slide taken in 2000.

The Clayton and Shuttleworth threshing machine, built in Lincoln, England in 1907, powered by steam and in use until the introduction of the Combine Harvester in the 1960s.
It was used to separate the grain from the straw in a process called "threshing" or "thrashing".
I made the time machine that appeared in the movie [The Time Machine].
It's also a steampunk style, and it's my favorite machine.
I would like to improve it in the future so that the reproducibility can be improved.
LANEVO will launch a backpack machine at the Mainframe event.
The three arms of the machine and their claws move.
Please try the demo.
You will be amazed at the dynamic arm and claw movements of the machine.
Single color version allows you to resize, and run and stop each of the three arms individually.
In the FAT version, you can also change the color of each of the five parts individually. It also includes the ability to control the speed of the claws.
