A recent problem I had with my macbook pro battery.
There is a software update to prevent it from happening(?!), but I had to get a replacement.

1st day back from mexico. got in late last night to jfk where it was 15 degrees. FIFTEEN. i was wearing flip flops and a sleeveless dress. you know, because i'm smart.
Recently stuck the old Apple logo over the Apple light on the back. The stickers are transparent so it still glows.
我有大概60GB的data要sync到MacBook Pro. 第一次用Migration Assistant,
傳送60GB用Firewire800，一個小時就搞定可以如常使用，真快！如果是Windows，整個晚上都不夠。
總體來說所有file都給同步了包括最常用的 /Users、 /Applications ，我還有一些application 在root底下例如 /home都同步了，不過 /usr/local 就沒有，裡面的application要自己動手，還有 /Developer (Xcode)是不會sync的，不好歹換了CPU，還是再裝比較好。

The connection between my Mac's cable and the plug is withering away. I've only had this machine for a few months. Apple really need to spend less time feeding Steve Jobs' ego and more time on hardware testing and QA.
