=This is an image from my Roy Lichtenstein research.

He was an american pop artist, His work was heavily influenced by both popular advertising and the comic book style.

He uses very thick black line art and very saturated luminous colours which makes his images stand out.

Sometimes he also used dots to add colour and texture onto his images for example in this image he has used largely spread out and large dots for the skin lips and eyes, this helps the brightness and the blocked colour of the hair and shirt stand out a lot more than the rest of the picture.
