Tumult in het Steinse Groen nabij Gouda.
Het Mobiel Medisch Team (MMT) had een spoedklus in de Goudse wijk Goverwelle.
Altijd vervelend voor diegene die hun hulp heeft ingeroepen.
Maar anderzijds is het geen alledaagse gebeurtenis als zo’n helikopter zowat in je tuin landt.
Derhalve toch maar een foto gemaakt.

As I reached my house, I saw a another jumper, and this one is the kind with the belly can be moved upwards, so does it's front legs.. I didn't waste any time, took out my camera, get my SP90 mounted, and started to shoot it...

Tosh & I went for a very hot day walk on the 27th to shake off some of the Christmas excess. When we got back down to Otaki Forks I went for a river swim to wash the sweat off while Tosh found himself a spot to nest & curl up while he waited for me. I've never seen him do this before on river rocks & sticks ... guess he was dog tired. Otaki Forks, New Zealand.
The MMT ( Mobile Maintenance Train) No. DR97504 seen here at Darlington Station is one of eight self-propelled Mobile Maintenance Trains which Robel is supplying to infrastructure manager Network Rail has entered into service.
The key feature of the MMT is the extendable cover over the floodlit working area, which provides staff with protection from the weather and from trains passing on adjacent tracks. The train also incorporates a workshop, two 2 tonne cranes, and power points for electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic tools. Crew facilities include a welfare area with a kitchen and toilet.
With passenger numbers growing and demand for freight increasing at record levels, the need to keep the railway open round the clock is greater than ever before.
The first MMT is based at Darlington and will be operated and maintained by Colas Rail under a three-year contract. The second is due to arrive in October and will be based at Paddock Wood, followed by the third in December which will operate from Derby. The remaining five MMTs will be based at Woking, Retford, Romford, Peterborough and Horsham.
