This is the picture I really want to use for the MM theme of mesh for 3/7. Took it using the camera2+ app and I’m not sure the EXIF data will come over with it. Took a screenshot of what is there to see, just in case it doesn’t carry over…..

( a little later) oh, goodie, it did come with!!

This is a white mesh ribbon over the fiber optic Christmas lights. The ribbon is 13/16th of an inch.

Macro Monday

Theme: Candy

Size: Less than 3x3 inches

I used mini M&M Smarties

( approx 9mm in diameter ) and some jelly beans in the background.

A small teaspoon with some honey is placed over a chipped Smartie with a drop of honey falling into the chipped area.

You can see this is the second attempt !

Natural side lighting from 3 o'clock and a small LED torch to illuminate the underside of the teaspoon.

The dearest gift I've ever received. This clay necklace was made by my eight-year-old son before 25 years. It was his school work, for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, I could never wear it because it was painted with water colors. But it's always in a glass jar on my desk so I can always look at it.
