Peleliu completed Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) Exercise 2014 and conducted joint force amphibious operations in the U.S. 3rd and 7th Fleet areas of responsibility with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and Commander, Amphibious Squadron 11 (CPR 11) while supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
