These magnets were designed to emphasize what each city was best known for.
Far Left: Atlanta, GA was designed in the shape of a Coke bottle, complete with its color scheme and the letters being illustrated in the Coca-Cola typeface. Atlanta is best known as the home of The Coca-Cola Company.
Left: New York City was added to the design of the Empire State Building, which towers 102 stories into the sky.
Right: Cape Canaveral, FL was shaped into the first space vehicle design in NASA's Space Program (from the 1960-1970s). Cape Canaveral is home to the Kennedy Space Center.
Far Right: Cleveland, OH was integrated into the shape of a bass guitar, since Cleveland is home to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

People love custom magnets and when they also promote their favorite sport it can become a pastime itself just to take those schedule promoting magnets home and place them on the most popular appliance in the home

It's been awhile since I uploaded last, but it's been for a good reason. I was moving across the country (US) and I really haven't had the time or motivation to mess around with my magnets.
I just happened to go through my old pictures and found this gem. Not sure why I didn't upload it before.
Anyway, I'll be uploading things again soon, so if you're worried about me or thought I died or retired or whatever.... I didn't. ._.
Also, I don't have the amazing camera that took this picture, so the photos of new things that I upload won't be as good of quality... so just bear with me until I can get a good camera.
By the way, these aren't neoballs. I actually don't own any colored magnet spheres. I think it was just the way the magnets were reflecting my room that made them that gold color.

I saved these beer caps from our trip out to Montana this summer. (You can buy Moose Drool beer any where I think).
These caps had funny sayings in them which we all thought were quite amusing - well after a few of these everything is amusing.

This flat magnet is made from a high quality digital photo of one of my OOAK paper sculpture/mixed-media collage, The Horse Whisperer.
Surrounded by seahorses, she appears to be scanning the distance for something... maybe it’s a lost pirate (that resembles Orlando Bloom) looking to settle in a lovely beach home on the coast of Maine...
The magnet is 3x4 inches in size. The image is printed on a laserjet printer, on high quality semi glossy photo paper mounted on a magnetic sheet & covered with a plastic laminate. The plastic laminate protects the image allowing splatters & spills to be wiped off. But do not submerse it in water; it is not waterproof (like a real mermaid!)
The quality of the image is so intense that the magnet looks like a mini version of the original piece. The colors are very vibrant & bright: the deep azure blue ocean, her glistening golden hair & the gleaming emerald seaweed. The detail of the image is so great that it demonstrates the depth & dimension of the original piece making it appear to be 3d. You can practically feel the sand & pebbles!
