A few of my bottle cap magnets.

They pulled 4 scooters out of the river in 15 minutes!

I created the reverse of my minimoos using the palette from my blog. I also made a 1 inch round circle for the perfect spot to stick one of my magnets.

It's a great business card AND it comes with something memorable and functional.

We try to get a small fridge magnet every time we travel. This section of the door gives you an idea how many places we've been in under 8 years. May have to branch out to the stove soon...

Images of cute vintage girls inside bottle caps. I added glass glitter to the sealant to add some sparkle. There are magnets on the back of the caps.

These little but potent magnets are so easy to make, it can get rather addicting. I made several sets with themes tailored to friends and family's interests and lives. I will be giving these as gifts for the holidays, and am considering making them as wedding favors for my wedding in July.

This set is for a friend of mine who graduated from design school and loves patterns, shapes and textures. She certainly inspires me.

Stay tuned to my new blog for more ideas, projects and thoughts!

That’s right, button magnets! For sale here: www.etsy.com/listing/50468451/button-magnets

Now you can own a piece of history with my handmade button magnets.

These are Great anywhere. Fridge, cars, around your miserable cubicle, it might even stick to your iphone.

Why are my buttons great? JUST LOOK AT IT.

It’s got me, mom, Ellery and MAX. If you are a fan, you would know Max is pretty amazing.

If I sell enough of these, I might even be able to get a ticket to Saint Petersburg to pay him a visit. He doesnt have a fridge still. He just leaves his food near his window because it is cold.

The buttons are 100% American. The parts and magnets. Buying this will certainly help you stimulate the economy.

Theres only 50 sets of 4 magnets available now, and they are all handmade by me for DAYS, and about 1 inch in diameter.

I can’t guarantee that same level of love when I make it big time and some kid somewhere else makes them.

Buy one already. It’s pretty cheap, and I don't need 200 magnets on my fridge.

sincerely,

Boey

The colors are only there to make it easier to understand what goes where.

Notice at 0:38 (seconds left) that the blue magnets are only touching the orange magnets and the red magnets are only touching the green magnets.

Also at 0:25 (seconds left) that you combine the subunits by connecting the red magnets together.

When you get your morning coffee why not pay for the next person in line. You will definitely make their day! And you will feel like a superhero all day long. Or write a letter to your grandma or your best friend, they would love to hear from you! Put some change in an expired parking meter, spread some wildflower seeds in your neighborhood, tell a joke. The possibilities are endless! These are "random acts of kindness and senseless acts of beauty", a phrase that started a movement and enriched countless peoples lives. It started with Anne Herbert, who jotted the phrase down in a restaurant after turning it over in her mind for several days. The simple concept she developed was to think of any good deed that should be done more often, and then do it randomly. Make today your superhero RAK day and spread the love and happiness. You can't commit a random act of kindness without feeling as if your own burdens have been lightend. For more info about the movement visit www.actsofkindness.org .

My husband wrote a limerick for the piece:

There's a mild-mannered hero Clark Kent

His exploits were such an event

Put your mind to it

You too can do it

If you give it a hundred percent

Brighten up your fridge with this piece of art and be reminded that there is a superhero in each in every one of us.

I left it on a car in the Cuesta College parking lot. :o)

Fun with fridge magnets on suppliers day at e2save.com offices.

These fun “metal and magnet” frames are great for holding favorite photographs, recipes and important notes. They can be changed easily. Each metal and magnet strip is made in Pennsylvania from recycled farm machinery. They are hand cut using a plasma cutter.

They are coated with a clear water based metal enamel. Each strip will have subtle variations. They are cut by hand and each piece of rusty metal has slight color differences.

Promotional brochure that came along with an application form from Australian Pensioners' Insurance Agency (APIA), complete with an extra large fridge magnet.

Daytime TV in recent years has been screening frequent life and funeral insurance advertisements from several providers; the rather cheesy image on the front features in the APIA ad!
