Thank you for all the faves and kind comments!
We're heading off soon, so this is my last cottage photo in this binge week. I'll probably see you again around Thursday, but it could be a little sooner or a little later. Play nicely in my absence.

I made a lot of photos of this little origami King Dragon, because of the various expressions it got, depending on the position of the head, besides that it was fun folding it ;-))
In this shot one can see a figure like mythological person instead of a dragon. That's the reason I show you this last version of this lovely origami model. I processed the photo to give it a more magical look.
In the first comment box you can see two previous photos of the same model.
Enjoy your Sunday and stay safe ;-)

These criminals who wrecked our towns, hate Holland. They hate dutch people. It's great to be here....pffff . The drawing is done in red white and blue. Orange is our king's last name. I gave the table an innocent pink cloth which is now torn:-)

MacroMondays#Paper art
Everything you see in the picture I made with paper, glue and paint. The boat, sails and mast are made of plain writing paper and the sea is made of baking paper. For a few days I was trying with a different type of paper to get something that would really look like sea waves. Baking paper behaves like greasy and hardly absorbs color. Eventually I soaked it in water to which I added Easter egg paint and squeezed it well. In places where the paper was tighter, it was white, so I didn't have to bother painting the sea foam. In order not to be visible the crumpled paper and to make everything look like in a water mist created by the waves, I used a 31mm macro ring and I moved the focus point .
In order to follow the 3-inch rule, I had to cut off part of the mast and a small flag at the top because I originally imagined the scene as a calm sea, but during the work it turned out that the weather had to change and the storm started :-)
HMM!
Hello my amazing Flickr friends !!
Today we have a pink or purple day at Color My World Daily and the theme at Smile on Saturday is : made of leather.
Yesterday, I had truly a hard time with Flickr. I was unable to publish my picture until the late morning but then everything was super slow …. I hope it will not happen today !!! Or ever again ! It is super frustrating if you are a Flicker addict such as myself…
So my todays’s picture is an old leather baseball ball and a pink pencil. Of course, as you may all suspect by now, I have absolutely no idea how , when or with how many people play baseball. My only knowledge of baseball is this ball (which I found in a park near my house, and since I’m a hoarder I had it in my home ever since…) made of leather, a bat (which I dont have …yet ;-)) and some very handsome men running in spandex-lycra clothing…. I also know that the ball has to be placed on some kind of « stick » which is represented here by my pencil….
I hope my leather ball will be accepted for this challenge. I wish you all an amazing day and see you later my friends !!
Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and healthy!! And see you soon on Flickr !!
