This is a vintage late 1950's Esterbrook model M2. The pen still can use the older Renew Point nibs from the pens made in the 40's but the filling system is "aeromatic". Basically you squeeze the bar then dip the pen in ink and release the bar. The "instructions" on the bar state to repeat this three times. The M2 can also be recognized by the V shaped "dent" on the end of the cap.
Met a sweet guy called Akshay, who told me that the new Innova has got some neat stuff and sells for ~INR 18 lacs.
