My grandpa got that lure as a birthday present from a neighbor who makes them. It was always hanging in their house but my moms cleaning it out so I scooped it up to hang on our boat.
I was tagged a bunch of times so Ill be posting those up here in a bit.
1. I try to avoid confrontation but when it comes around the claws come out.
2. I don’t care what anyone has to say about me.
3. ^ I used to but I’ve had far to many haters to give a fuck anymore.
4. I’ve been hurt a lot but I’ve learned a lot more.
5. I’d rather eat cold cuts from the package than have them on a sandwich. I really don’t care for sandwiches.
6. I really do enjoy doing these things but I always run out of ideas.
7. For a long time I couldn’t apologize when I was wrong because no one in my family ever did. That’s changed and I’m proud of it.
8. I don’t say anything about anyone unless I have no problem saying it to their face.
9. I used to be able to forgive anyone for anything. But I just can’t anymore.
10. I love to dance but I suck at it.
11. I also love to sing but I suck at that too haha.
12. One time I got pulled over for speeding and the cop asked me if I had “any guns, weapons, knives, or dead bodies in the trunk.”
13. I couldn’t help but laugh. Seriously, who would tell him anyway?
14. I used to get stalked a lot. Usually by random strangers, one guy even followed me all the way home and then to a friends house where he tried to block me in the driveway. My friend got rid of him and we went for coffee, then we saw the guy driving past his house and when I finally left I saw the guy driving from my house.
15. My mom told me I should’ve called the cops, but back then I was getting pulled over for so much bullshit with my mustang that I didn’t even think of them as being people who help.
16. I have four dogs and a horse. I love them all very very much.
17. I watch a lot of reality shows. Bad Girls Club and Jersey Shore are two of them. Man that sounds trashy haha yet classy.
18. I also love watching I Survived but it makes me very upset.
19. I have a pretty horrible temper and I tend to walk away from fights, if they’re with someone I care about, until I cool down.
20. Usually that person doesn’t understand that and it makes it worse.
21. My 365 inspires me and makes me happy. I hope it continues to do so.
22. I like to tell my crazy stories but I love to listen too.
23. When people are upset or hurt my stomach turns to knots, whether or not I know or even like them.
24. I love Dr and crime shows, but I can’t watch the bloody parts because of the above.
25. I can get scared during the dumbest movies, seriously, I jumped during Happy Feet haha. Now just imagine how bad I was during Saw.
26. A few people have told me they wished they could that scared that easily. I don’t understand the notion of wanting to be scared.
27. I’ve lived by the ocean my entire life and always wished to move to the country.
28. I’m content by the water now, I guess I never really realized how lucky I am to see it everyday.
29. I hate hate hate the cold...and the heat too haha.
30. I don’t like swimming in the ocean because the salt makes you feel gross.

Out taking pictures of the adult swans and the sibling the one in this picture had fishing line and maybe some kind of lure on his beak. The poor thing I did call Rapture Trust they said they would be more than happy to take the swan and try to help it if we could catch it and bring it too them. We called animal control and only got an answering machine :(
I am going to make a few call today to see if we can get some HELP saving this poor swan.
PLEASE if you fish and break your line if at all possible gather it up and take it home and cut it in tiny pieces and then throw it out !!!!! My friend Mary Ann and I go almost every day and pick up broken line some with some major lures or hooks attached I have another picture not a pretty one and if I can find it a picture is better than a thousand words.

Most bees are fuzzy and carry an electrostatic charge, which aids in the adherence of pollen. Female bees periodically stop foraging and groom themselves to pack the pollen into the scopa, which is on the legs in most bees, and on the ventral abdomen on others, and modified into specialized pollen baskets on the legs of honey bees and their relatives. Many bees are opportunistic foragers, and will gather pollen from a variety of plants, while
others are oligolectic, gathering pollen from only one or a few types of plant. A small number of plants produce nutritious floral oils rather than pollen, which are gathered and used by oligolectic bees. One small subgroup of stingless bees, called "vulture bees," is specialized to feed on carrion, and these are the only bees that do not use plant products as food. Pollen and nectar are usually combined to form a "provision mass", which is often soupy, but can be firm. It is formed into various shapes (typically spheroid), and stored in a small chamber (a "cell"), with the egg deposited on the mass. The cell is typically sealed after the egg is laid, and the adult and larva never interact directly (a system called "mass provisioning").

Safe from the heaviest snowfall, these lures are somewhat protected from the elements on our front porch. The snow on them has blown in from outside the cover of the porch roof.
