SP-LRA - Boeing B-787-8 - LOT Polish Airlines

at Toronto Lester B. Pearson Airport (YYZ)

I received all of this beauty right after I got back from school on Friday. I payed 70 dollars for all of this ($30 of that was the shipping) which I think was an amazing deal as I got the three battle vehicles from 08 mostly complete plus some other figures.

The Rockoh was the most complete out of all of the vehicles, only missing a couple of small pieces plus the zamor spheres. The Jetrax is missing the silver Krika blades and pretty much a whole wing/turbine. The Axalara is missing exactly only one out of the three blade/wing thingies on the back which I've reconstructed with black liftarms since I didn't have the appropriate colors.

I've also repaired Jaller, Nuparu, Matoro, and Karzahni. Sadly, Karzahni is missing the cape and some horns (the missing Ehlek head has been replaced with an extra one that I had, and the finger horns have been replaced with black ones as I don't have dark green ones).

Gelu and the Bohrok Kal are the only ones that came complete.

Besides that, we have a Gresh with only the lime piraka armors missing, a Skrall without head, Sidorak without a leg and arm (despite that I spent all of yesterday with him by my side since he had been a set that I had always admired when I was younger, plus, I was amused by the fact that he could stand with only one leg!), a Gadunka missing one hand and some armor pieces, a Takadox with some weird long limbs, a Tarix missing some limbs, the Ignika dude, and some random Vahki and Rahkshi remains (I believe they are the remain of some of the official combiners).

Also, before I go, sorry for how shaky the camera was at times (and for the typical not-so-good-quality). My nose was bleeding while recording and it was hard to walk around in all of that mess!

...At this year's Keystone Conference! Jamie, Jenee, Annie, Coleen, Katie & Kacey! (forgive me, but I may have misnamed Katie- if I have, I hope someone corrects me!) had our pic taken as we were waiting to board the bus for the Vanity Club dinner where I got pinned as VC member number 629!

My ensemble for the evening is based on this lovely floral print stretch lace lycra spandex minidress with lace sleeves from venus.com, Hanes Alive Barely There support hose from onehanesplace.com

and my black peep toe t-strap pumps with the 5" heels also from venus.com.

Lot's Wife

Sunday morning and it was a 4am start to head up to the Galloway coastline near Sandyhills. My target was a well known large stone or stack known as Lot's Wife, it is on on the Mersehead nature reserve not too far from Sandyhills. Although It is a well known rock, its not one that you see photographs of, with the main images available coming from old photographs or postcards. A tricky wee walk along to get to the stone, perhaps not a walk for everyone. I had to wait for about 30 mins while the sun and clouds were positioned correctly to give me the light on both the rock itself but also towards Sandyhills and Port O'Warren behind.

Please feel free to leave any comments should you wish.

I have a lot of these little planets and doo-dads/whatnots setting around. I need to get out more. This was taken through a car window, at a dead stop in a traffic jam on the interstate.

I would have prefered a two-way road but we only had room for a one-lane road.

These little mushrooms look to me as if they're all huddled together to keep warm, like the penguins you see on nature shows from Antarctica.

I think something may smell a bit funny in this flight... :-)

And I mean lots and lots

On some visits in years past the Chehalis Flats had thousands of visible Bald Eagles in the water and the sand. I felt a little disappointed until I realized when I took at the trees in the background all those little white spots were adult Bald Eagles and likely there were as many if not more juveniles there also.

Yup there are lots of birds!

Happy V day everyone...:)

On day four of my train journey across Canada by VIA rail. October 2018. We are seeing lots of snow now.

The window are not very clean so the photos are not that good. Also the train was speeding along at times and really bumpy. I have put all the photos I took on my journey on Flickr as a record of my trip.

Remember this group from last years Christmas Show .. They are back again this year with a few dancer changes .. mainly the men as soldiers .. They were good but sadly not as good as last year I feel ..
