We arrived safe and sound, bought our ski passes and set out for a quick first day of skiing. Daylight was fading and we skied the grounds to the Mazama main road and back. The storm caught up with us and we skied in light snow. After our ski we waited for my friend Lisa to join us - she was driving in from Seattle.
