Met een beladen containertrein is loc 2841 e-driver van Lineas onderweg naar Bad Bentheim en passeert hier een bekende fotostek te Holten. 26 augustus 2016

Sik 204 is de op één na oudste nog bestaande locomotor uit de serie 200/300, en afkomstig uit de prototype-serie 201-212 uit 1934. Na een lange carrière bij de NS kwam de 204 eind jaren '90 onder de hoede van Strukton. Omdat er eigenlijk geen werk meer voor was, heeft Strukton al vrij snel vrijwel al haar Sikken in permanente bruikleen gegeven aan o.a. museumspoorlijnen. Zodoende werd de 204 in de loop van 1999 van haar laatste standplaats Lage Zwaluwe overgebracht naar de Watergraafsmeer, om in augustus door te gaan naar Veendam.

  

Sindsdien is deze Sik ondergebracht bij de STAR, en is daar 'geadopteerd' door enkele medewerkers. In de zomer van 2000 is de Sik in de originele groene kleurstelling geschilderd. Eind 2004 verwierf de 204 de A-status in het Register Railgebonden Monumenten.

  

Sinds eind 2003 stond de 204 terzijde, in afwachting van groot motoronderhoud en herstel van enkele kleinere defecten. Hier is eind juni 2008 mee begonnen. De opknapbeurt van de 204 omvatte het onderhoud aan het remwerk en de dieselmotor (inclusief nieuwe pakkingen), het verwijderen van enkele 'moderne' onderdelen, het blank maken van het houtwerk, het conserveren van huiven, machinistenhuis en accubak en tot slot een schilderbeurt. Na een proefrit op 10 september 2008 is de 204 op 16 september 2008 weer in dienst gekomen.

Met de eerste goederentrein om 8:00 vanuit Apeldoorn. Hier langs het Apeldoorn kanaal in Apeldoorn 2-9-2017. De kleur lijkt wat donkerder dan normaal, maar is in het echt, zoals ik hem kan herinneren uit mijn jeugd. Later zijn de kleuren van de locs wat verbleekt.

Loc 01 531 van de DB AG rijdt bij Unterrohn over de brug over de Werra met trein N 7722 van Meiningen naar Eisenach, 6 mei 1994.

De machine 112 708 ziet er extreem fraai uit in zijn Reichsbahn kleurenschema. Het is de DR 110 708, geleverd door LEW in 1974 onder nummer 14409. In 1984 werd ze DR 112 708. Op 15-09-1999 ging ze bij DB buiten dienst. Uiteindelijk kwam de loc bij de Alstom Lok Service verhuurpool terecht. Na verschillende bestemmingen rijdt ze sinds 2016 voor de Muldenthal Eisenbahn Verkehrsgesellschaft MTEG. Hier is ze tijdelijk in dienst bij PRESS op het eiland Rügen en staat opgesteld te Putbus naast de smalspoorlijn. 25-03-2018 (Erwin Voorhaar)
