Lock away that ugly part of yourself, hide it, bury it and pretend it does not exist.
I promise you, one day it will tear down the walls you built around it.
Because behind the walls you could not see it growing stronger, with roots down into your deepest foundation.

Lock me in your heart .. and .. throw away the key
Show me love the way it's supposed to be
Lock me in your heart and never let me go
Take me to a place where
The magic between us becomes real
Take me all the way

www.troymarcyphotography.com I have taken many eagle images the past two seasons and with each trip I feel I get better technically and artistically as a photographer. Everything matters...weather conditions, camera, lens, shutter-speed, f-stop, ISO, focus, pose, angles, anticipation, etc. When everything goes just right as you push the shutter button, you know it. My keeper rate has gone up over the past two years. If you spend a day at the Mississippi River, you may see a handful of good fishing sequences so you have to make the best of the opportunities. Sure, some turn out a little out of focus or a little blurred; after all, it does happen in a split second. Here is one image showing the eagle's approach. I love this moment...it is probably one of my favorite poses. Please like my photography Facebook page if you like this image Troy Marcy Photography.
Lock on the grand union canal at Berkhamsted on a balmy evening. Couldn't wait to get off a couple of shots with my new 10-20mm Sigma lens. Photomatix 2.5 was used to do the tonemapping on this composite hdr.
