questioning the very existence,,.

living but not alive...

An image of a rather confiding male Kestrel below Stanage Edge on Sunday. This was taken about 30 minutes before sunset, with the low sun catching the plumage nicely.

I wanted to try something different, This is what I came up with... I kinda like it..

Just as the day dawned, we passed through this lock of the Panama Canal.

Locked Waterway in Saint-Marie Among The Hurons located in Midland in Simcoe County in Central Ontario Canada

The Locked Waterway was re-built as a locked canal permitting canoes entry to the mission from the river. The nature and function of the waterway is still in debate. Other theories include it's use in powering a mill wheel or in drainage.

"Doors to home"

There are the ancient gate in down town houses. They were used to the decoration throughout the home, the owner is showing his status with beautiful doors. Time work, people no longer take care it seems that nobody cares for there homes .

We’re all a little weird. And life is a little weird. And when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall into mutually satisfying weirdness—and call it love—true love.

― Robert Fulghum

I went to Queen Elizabeth Park with Flickr friend, Katrina, and saw this very cool sculpture there covered with love locks. The title of the statue is "Love in the Rain" because it has four decorative umbrellas over top of it, and it does rain a lot in Vancouver!

For some reason, many of your images are not showing up in my daily feed. If I've ignored you, it's not on purpose!

Found this on my way home from work. To get to this old car, I had to climb through stinger needle bushes. I think my legs may be scarred from the experience and I still didn't get the shots I wanted. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right?! :-) This car can expect me back for a visit....next time with pants and boots. :-)

So tell me....this is the gas tank so why does it have a lock?

An impression of an abandoned house. I used another entry and found the main door locked.

Sometimes it is good to go down different roads. New things are waiting to be seen. Thus this fence and gate.

I hope everyone is fine.

Remember, it is garbage day somewhere.

Happy Fence Friday

One of nature’s most spectacular sights it's rutting season again

We dragged ourselves out of bed hoping to see some action and we weren't disappointed

These two had rounded up their respective harems and it was a head on confrontation

The drama and noise as they locked antlers meant we had more than enough photographs to look at over a hot cup of coffee when we got home
