De volgende winterprik komt eraan, en dat was vannacht te merken aan de kou. Vanmorgen weer rijp op de weilanden, maar ook prachtig licht. Ik vond het eerst de moeite niet waard, maar toch maar een plaatje geschoten. Niet zo mooi als gehoopt, maar ik hoop nog genoeg kansen te krijgen.
DDAR 7478+ loc 1726 snellen door Limmen op weg naar Hoorn als trein 3422. Vanaf 4 februari verdwijnen bijna alle DDARetjes hier, aangezien 80% van de treinen in de Sneltrein Haarlem-Hoorn door DDZ zal worden vervangen. (Althans, dat is het plan ;-) )

Shrimp in glutinous tapioca flour dumpling, typically wrapped in banana leaf. Our were wrapped in "la dong" leaf (Phrynium Placentarium) which added an interesting vegetal note.
