Growing up my family didn't have a lot of money, so my mom made most of my clothes. She taught me how to sew and I continued to make my own clothes. I worked at a fabric store while I was in high school. I made garments for display, that I would later keep. I made my prom dresses and eventually made my wedding gown and veil!
Rapid Loader 1 at Deane stands high and mighty awaiting its first train back in action after a 5 year hiatus. and it isn't finished. Between working all day and heading to a concert tonight, it just wasn't happening. I have ideas, but I didn't want to rush it...so this is all I have.
This is one of my favorite photos of my daughter on her 1st birthday, smelling flauders (as she called flowers for the longest time). I started this yesterday and finished it up today.
The paper is one of the Prima printables that I colored with my watercolor pencils and a damp paintbrush.
gems are also Prima as is the alphabet.
Ok I didn't cheat, 1) Story 2)Little stuff 3) Design 4) Photos 5) Title 6) Paper. Getting the story first made it easy for me. I made the design easy because that is usually generated from my photos so just decided to do one of my own easy grid designs. I did have to hunt the pictures down, that took the longest. Honey helped with the story idea. Of course his car.
