This is a drone photo taken low over the crashing waves of the bay. Difficult enough for me not to get myself wet in these conditions. Somewhat difficult not to get the drone wet as well. 🌊🌊🌊🌊
The Lewis River in Wyoming, just after Lewis Falls with morning mist rising from the river behind. Somebody had stacked stones in the shallows, and all it really needed was a golden sunrise.

The King's Head is an attractive, diminutive pub, just off the main shopping street of Stamford. The left hand side - where the small bar is situated - is more for vertical drinking, while the right hand side finds seating for about 25 people. An impressive wood burner kept things very toasty for those present on our bitterly cold Saturday night visit, while the above average choice of ales and wines provided suitable liquid refreshment. The decor is vaguely contemporary, but not unnecessarily so and the lighting made the place feel cosy. Stamford has a number of very good pubs, but the King's Arms can be assured of their place amongst them.

This was during my holiday in Travemünde, North Germany, during El Niño , which meant the weather for the half of the holiday was horrendous, that was until the last evening we were treated to a spectacular Sunset, typical! But I got a lot of shots of that evening, some I have posted some yet to come.
