The building aspires to meet all Imperatives of the Living Building Challenge.

Canna Lillie leaf - I liked the colours and lines - shot in my mother-in-laws garden in Auckland NZ on a beautiful late spring afternoon.
The controversial Beacon Line is a remnant of the many lines that once crossed the interior of Dutchess County. Metro-North took over the tracks for use as a service line and to preserve for potential future service. However, the tracks currently see no use.
