Ingredients:
✔️2tbsp olive oil
✔️1large onion, chopped
✔️3 cloves garlic minced
✔️1cup carrots (cook whole then cut for more benefits #cookcarrotswhole)
✔️1cup celery
✔️500g potato
✔️8cups bone broth ( #mn_bonebroth ).
✔️1kg of jarred crushed tomato (or fresh peeled and crushed tomato)
✔️1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
✔️1tbsp 7spices
✔️1/2tsp of fresh ground black pepper

Preparation:
♨️ over medium-low heat, heat the olive oil
♨️ add the onions and sauté for for about 5min until gold
♨️ add the garlic and directly after all the rest of the vegetables and sauté for 5 additional minutes
♨️ add the broth and keep cooking for a few minutes
♨️ add the crushed tomato, bring to a boil for 3minutes
♨️ reduce the heat to medium-low, cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender
♨️ add the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper

المكونات:
✔️ملعقتين طعام زيت زيتون
✔️حبة بصل مفرومة
✔️٣فصوص ثوم مطحون
✔️حبتين جزر كبيرة (اطبخها كاملة ومن ثم قطعها#cookcarrotswhole ) ✔️كوب من الكرفس المقطع ✔️٥٠٠غ بطاطس مقطعة
✔️٨أكواب من مرقة العظام #mn_bonebroth
✔️١كغ من الطماطم المطحونة في المرطبان أو المقشرة والمطحونة في البيت
✔️ملعقة طعام من صلصة وورشيستر
✔️ملعقة طعام السبع بهارات أو خلطة التوابل للطبخ
✔️نصف ملعقة شاي فلفل أسود

طريقة التحضير:
♨️على نار متوسطة قم بتحميل زيت الزيتون
♨️أضف البصل وقم بتقليبه على النار لمدة ٥دقائق أو حتى يصبح ذهبي اللون
♨️أضف الثوم ومن ثم الخضار المتبقية على الفور. قم بتقليبها لمدة ٥دقائق إضافية
♨️أضف مرقة العظام واترك الحساء قليلاً ومن ثم أضف الطماطم، واترك الخليط ليغلي لمدة ثلاث دقائق
♨️قم بتخفيف النار إلى خفيفة واترك الحساء لمدة ٢٠-٣٠دقيقة أو حتى تصبح الخضار طرية.
♨️أضف صلصة الورشستر والفلفل الأسود والملح.

新店東華聖宮是一個很冷門看夜景的地點，但卻在攝影人中算是北部很知名拍攝夜景、雲海琉璃和日出的景點！而其特殊的地方在於你可以在同一面的視角看到差異極大的夜景，左邊是繁華的台北盆地夜景，可以眺望台北101，右邊是極為清冷的直潭淨水廠的夜景。
尤其是在秋冬大雨之後，最容易出現很美的雲海琉璃，最常見的就是從台北盆地流入直潭淨水廠的雲瀑，是很難見到的，也是攝影人最愛捕捉的畫面。

The Taipei Railway Workshop (Chinese: 臺北機廠) was the largest workshop of Taiwan Railways Administration. For decades it manufactured and maintained thousands of railway vehicles. The Workshop was established in 1935 replacing the original workshop, which had become became inadequate. It was the largest railway workshop ever built in Taiwan. The Governor-General of Taiwan recognized its establishment as celebrating the Empire of Japan ruling Taiwan for 40 years.
The 16.82-hectare site on Civic Boulevard was the largest and oldest of its kind on the island. It closed in 2012. It was constructed in 1930 and features distinctive structures such as a 168-meter-long train assembly shed.[1] The operation was transferred to TRA Fugang Vehicle Depot (Chinese: 臺鐵富岡基地).The workshop was recognized as an "official national historic site" in 2015. The government of Taiwan says it is planning to transform the facility into a railway museum.
臺北機廠，簡稱北廠，是臺灣鐵路管理局（簡稱臺鐵）的機務處單位之一，為臺鐵過往主要的車輛維修與改裝基地。
2013年1月10日，富岡車輛基地正式取代其任務。2015年3月15日，臺北機廠舊址經中華民國文化部認定為國定古蹟。
