Took me three months to get the set complete and almost 1 year to decide have or not a Medium Format camera. After spend hours and hours on internet searching about what would be best for me, I decided the Mamiya RB, and with the help of 2 Sir’s here on Flickr I decided for the Pro SD. Them the long search on Ebay... first come the body, in mint conditions... second, the 180mm KL lens, cheap and also in mint condition, and finally, the third element missing... the film back. All elements I got were evaluated by a Mamiya technician here in Portugal. His words – All is working in perfect conditions... Enjoy your it!
So, I got a Rollei RPX 100 / 120mm film, and here’s the results: In 10 shots, just 1 come out burned, but I’m very happy with the results.
I didn’t developed myself yet because I’m not comfy it 120mm roll to put it on the spiral, and took it to the lab were they developed on the Jobo tank. They did a great job even. Soon I will learn how to insert the roll on the spiral.
I scanned the roll on Epson V750, and with some surprise I saw the film didn’t curl too much, as I hoped it would happen.
So, Ladies and Gentleman, this is my first share I ever made in Medium Format... I hope you all enjoy, and please let me know what you all think about it
By the way... all exposures were made with a Sekonic L-208 TwinMate analog light meter for hand-held incident and reflected ambient light readings.

Ripped a old laptop to bits today to see if anything interesting lay within. The board is a monster and I also found a sheet of something mingling amongst the screen. I don't know what it is but it seems to diffract the light in some interesting ways.
Anyway this is my original board lit gelled red from front and bare back. Lighting from the back gives a little more detail from the translucent green bits. I also had some mosaic tiles left over from when Tiling was my trade which give the effect of oil on water.
Lit the board and then rotated the tiles which were laid out in a line.
sooc and all that jazz
The French did great last night. I offer you 3 actual pictures of their performances and 3 pictures where I had some fun with the camera:

A great night out at Fountains Abbey with Chris and Neil this evening.
When I arrived Chris and Neil were mid shot so I took myself off to a dark place I remembered from last year. I'd brought my wellies this time as a stream runs through it. I had an idea to expose the tunnel scene and then cap the lens pack up and find a suitable and ornate door or window to fame it all. I wondered about for a while and found this 3 arched wall and blind framed it. Cap off and let the arches burn in for a couple of seconds.
When I first arrived at the tunnel I set up the camera and had to walk 20 or so meters into the tunnel. There was a recess in the ceiling where a pigeon was nesting for the night. He flew out and straight into my flash stand which I was holding. On my return home I am pleased to find that my trousers didn't need changing. I can't believe I didn't actually shit myself. I've just about calmed back down again.
Back here again in a couple of weeks and looking forward to it already.

I find nothing in life more relaxing and soothing than rotating a camera at pre determined increments during a long exposure.
This is a whisk, acrylic rod, rainbow paper and a bent piece of Perspex. All sat on a black piece of fabric. The cameras shutter was opened in a darkened room and my flash popped at 1/128th power. Rotated by 30 degrees and the process repeated 17 more times.
I used the usual techniques here. But a little different as I have created the green and red outer with my diy V24 and 36 capped rotations for both colours. Laborious and time consuming, this one was 18 minutes long but I like it more than the ones exposed from the tablet screen. You can always see the pixels and it bugs me. Framed the 4 different parts then exposed the Board first, then two different focal lengths for the pentagram and sphere. Changed focus for the beams and did 36 capped rotations for the green at 10 degree increments from 0 degrees then the same again but starting at 5 degrees for the red. Straight from the camera.
The court has a tessellated glass roof designed by Buro Happold and executed by Waagner-Biro, covering the entire court and surrounds the original circular British Museum Reading Room in the centre, now a museum. It is the largest covered square in Europe. The glass and steel roof is made up of 4,878 unique steel members connected at 1,566 unique nodes and 1,656 pairs of glass windowpanes making up 6,100m2 of glazing; each of a unique shape because of the undulating nature of the roof.

Another of Riley's toys makes an appearance in this 365. A character from his favourite film "Big Hero 6". To be hones I'd probably watch it if he wasn't about, its ace. There's a bit near the end of the film where they have to fly through some time traveling portal to save a girl who's trapped inside and this is me trying to replicate that.
Tripod flipped and black fabric on the floor and Baymax directly underneath. Custom white balance and lit with a torch gelled green which equates to white to the camera.. Cap on and mounted the crt on the tripod and into the back garden. Zoom pulled the street lights "which keep giving" from 16mm to 11mm and back again at 90 degree increments then a full 360 at 11mm, 14mm and 16mm. Cropped and dehazed in post.
This is number 292 of my 365.
