The Los Angeles Public Library was designed by Bertram Grosvenor Goodhue and opened in 1926. It's in an Egyptian Revival style with sphinxes, snakes, mosaics, and of course the pyramid on top of the building. There is a huge globe chandelier in the dome under the pyramid. The Central Library was heavily damaged in 1986 due to an arson fire. It was restored and expanded by Norman Pfeiffer, and reopened to the public in 1993.
The Los Angeles Public Library is on the National Register #70000136 and probably should also be a National Historic Landmark.

Known as the Hunter-Dulin building, completed in 1927, and designed by Leonard B Schultze of the NY-based Schultze-Fullerton architectural firm. Designed in the French-Renaissance-Revival / Late-Gothic-Revival style, the building is on the US National Register of Historic Places; served as the West Coast headquarters of NBC from 1927-1942; and, according to Dashell Hammett, housed the office of Sam Spade on the 5th floor (!)

I have a screened-in porch with a glass topped table. Xyla refuses to walk on it, I'm not sure why; when there's a tablecloth on it, she's fine. When she jumped up there I pulled one edge of the tablecloth back and she came to see what I was doing under the table, but wouldn't set foot on the glass.

The Jellico Motel, just off I-75, Jellico, Tennessee. I haven't been able to determine exactly when it closed, but it appears to still have been in business in at least 2014.
Omissam has been in hiding ever since that Mussolini thing in Italy. Old Benito claimed Omissam ripped off his recipe for Spaghetti Vongole. It wasn't true, but, Benito wouldn't change his mind and eventually went to war over the misunderstanding. Omissam fled to the Pacific Northwest and opened a restaurant. A few years later, Omissam recieved a postcard photo showing Benito's body hanging upside down at a service station, and, finally, Omissam felt he could serve Spaghetti Vongole without fear of retribution.

And this is just a prototype to show our designer customers how they can use our system to design their own fixtures.
However, since even a lot of designers are not all that visionary sometimes, I'm going ahead and designing some other instances of this concept, so people can "get it."
Now if I could just get better photographs. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong....
