One of those newfangled LED lightbulbs, outside on a fence in Keyport and protected by a glass covering. Nikon F3HP, 105mm f/2.8 Micro-Nikkor lens, ORWO UN54, Rodinal 1:50.
This took me nearly all day to setup and it was over in about a second. Sure am glad it turned out and I had the correct exposure.
Two shots from another assignment in my lighting class. I had to photograph the same object in two dramatically different lighting situations.
My dad has this old shed where he keeps his bicycles and gardening stuff.
The shed is lit by a very old glowing lightbulb.
I was in the shed fetching a toy for my 4 year old son and when leaving the shed
I turned off the light. What struck me was the slow fading of the lightbulb.
The fading moment was very quick but I could still see it with my own eyes…
Hmm, I wonder…..Hmmm
Went in and fetched my camera and set it to 1/1000 of a sec and started firing of shots.
I got 3 shots and after looking at them I could see the lightbulb fade away.
In my eyes this is movement caught on “film”.

some lightbulbs in water & dye. or ink... one of the two. Flash used.
off camera flash held above and to the right of the 2nd lightbulb Mh setting, Burn at the top is intentional, the dye hadn't got to that part of the water and therefore just burnt, i think it looks cool though. doesn't really look like they're in wate i think..
40 odd Photos focus stacked to get this shot. I like the weird perspective on this reminds me of a fisheye lens only it's a Lightbulb/lens :)

Trabajo de bricolaje, el PS lo he usado solo para ajustar niveles. El pez ya está de vuelta en su pecera.
Mejor en grande.
