Coffee preparation is a great skill. Here we show the most important steps to success. While watching the video, you should take notes so that you can also make coffee so professionally in your own home.
Recently I was inspired on a keyholder found here on Flickr. I thought this is a good idea - small, easy and fast to build. Then my girlfriend joined this little project and wanted "her stuff" included..... :D
From left to right:
some classic space, the Disney castle, a small cat tree with our 3 cats, the Assasins Creed logo and in front of it the Black Pearl attacked by a giant kraken.
Note: No Lego parts were harmed to get this attached to the wall!
After creating the original mind.Depositor with clips and used it for a while, I found a small problem but it bugs me on regular basis. To insert and pull out the cards, it requires force, no matter how small it is, it creates stress. That's why superior Japanese stationery designs often put into considerations how to reduce user efforts. They call the practice "Universal Design".
So I set out to do a simpler version by using two pieces of leather only. I also have a practice to carry a small notepad or Field Notes to capture to-do inputs temporarily before transferring them to GTD index cards. So I'm adding a slit for the notepad and a slit to store extra blank index cards.
On the left hand side of the cover, I can put a notepad by inserting it to a slit, put blank GTD index cards in the pocket and insert a Field Notes.
On the right hand side I can put two categories of index cards (Personal and Work) into different pockets.
There is also a flap used as a bookmark or enclosure.
The whole thing becomes more compact and functional. It requires less effort to use, it is a simpler design with pleasant leather as the only material, I'm so happy with it. I especially like the color contrast of the outer white and inner brown. So check out the sections below and learn how to create your own.

I started numbering my eggs because I have always been bad with math. This is why I went to MIT and majored in History. The fact they come in boxes of 15 instead of 12 in Denmark is killing me! Now I always know how many eggs I have left! Thanks to my sharp mind I will never run out of eggs again.
I remember in school when when the teachers forgot to lock the carbon-copy machine room, then all the guys used to print their buts, of cause not me, I was always different I started to copy my own currency with a caricature of my favorite teacher Jack Dahan but there wasn´t much success no one in school would accept it, actually I couldn´t even get my anyone to change them against the lowest denomination at the time 10 øre is there anyone out there that still have them? I guess I just gave them away in the end, not even Jack liked the money with his mug on I made :)
however this is not my butt, rather the opposite but almost equally as ugly...
this is a DIY life-hack that you can use while dating online if you don´t have a digital camera o digicam, perfect for them whom love to show off other parts of anatomy... but please be careful with your eyes the light is sharp and trying not to drool is hard if you want to have your mouth open as I have on this pic!

mind.Depositor attracted a lot of attention lately (Blog responses: GTDTimes, Moleskinerie, Koloist, David Allen Co., Lifehacking.jp, Geeks Guide To Productivity). Here's something most of you didn't really notice in previous pictures - A GTD to-do template, done in the simplest form for your own flexibility. Download the 4x6 in mind.Depositor GTD to-do Template here.
You can either print the above template on 4x6 papers, or use this plain version to print on your deck of index cards. Enjoy!
For those of you who can't get enough of templates, check out D*I*Y* Planner by Douglas Johnston and The Printable CEO by David Seah. Both sites are full of productivity ideas and downloadable templates. If you are so into index cards, also check out Mr. Hawk's PoIC (Pile of Index Cards) blog and wiki, you will be amazed by his systematic use of them to organize work and life.
Here's the two versions again:
mind.Depositor GTD to-do Template - ruled with priority and checkbox
mind.Depositor GTD to-do Template - plain
