Finding the right Life coach is important, but can be tricky. There are many coaches who specialise in different areas. To find the right coach for you, ask yourself these questions:
Do I want a man or a woman?
Do I want them to be an expert or a generalist?
Do I want face to face life coaching or online?
What’s my budget for hiring a life coach (on a monthly basis)?
Am I ready to start changes to my life now?
As the weather improves the market area gets busier and busier, especially on a Saturday evening.
I was standing on the corner of York and Sussex when two women came around the corner, they looked pretty relaxed and were definitely in good humour.
One of the women was very tall and statuesque with a very unique style.
Meet Crystal, I explained my project to her and with some coaxing from her friend Crystal agreed to participate. A confident. outgoing independent woman, Crystal works as a Life Coach, she is also a devoted mother. Life hasn't been the easiest for Crystal, she has just returned from the U.K. after a failed relationship and she is working on getting her life back together.
Crystal has also worked as a model which was very evident once she was in front of the camera, relaxed and poised, she was very generous with her time, allowing me to take quite a number of shots.

Photage 114: "I'm sorry" doesn't mean "I'm responsible." Saying I'm sorry means I feel for you. It is an expression of empathy for how someone else is feeling or an experience they are going through.
Saying you're sorry to your teen can work wonders in helping you clear the air and connect. You can hold your teen accountable for her actions, apply the pre-determined consequence for her actions, and still feel for her pain all at the same time. It's okay to express empathy while enforcing a consequence.
"I'm sorry you're upset. AND you've lost computer privileges for the day."
In addition, whenever my daughter says she is sorry to me I usually reply with "I'm sorry too" not because I'm responsible for what happened, but because it's always tough when we get in an argument.

What does saying "I'm sorry" mean to you? Make a commitment to notice when and how you use it. Practice using, "I'm sorry and..." with your teen and notice what happens.

Parenting Innovation: Raising Creative & Courageous Teens

**ParenTeen Challenge**
During the show we talked about creating a resource page for parents of teens and tweens. I invite you to send me links to helpful resources that inspire, encourage, and support teens, parents, and families. I will be compliing this information and including it with the inspirational messages that I've already started collecting from a previous challenge. You guys rock!
If you follow my project, you can't have helped but notice that females have a much higher representation than men. Sometimes I go out with the intention of adding a man but don't find any that grab my attention. I have also had a number of refusals when I have asked men and wonder if there is a self fulfilling prophesy going on – does my lower level of confidence, when approaching males, make them less likely to agree to participate?
Well today I approached Erwin and had a very positive experience. Later I approached another man and had another pleasant outcome.
Erwin agreed straight away when I asked if I might take his photo for my project. It was his third visit to Glastonbury. He has a real connection with the Abbey where he had a special experience on his first visit. Today he was visiting the Tor with a friend from Germany. She had never been to Glastonbury before and Erwin was acting as her guide. I offered, that I would take a photograph of them both together once I had finished with Erwin.
It was close to mid-day and the sun was rather harsh, so I took Erwin to the shade beside St Michael's tower. I took a couple shots and he wasn't completely relaxed so I suggested that he might lean against the tower. When he did this I noticed that his friend liked this pose and I moved out of the way while she took a couple shots with her phone.
As the ground was dry I asked Erwin if he would be OK sitting and he sat down straight away for me. Sitting cross legged he didn't need to worry about how to pose his arms and he seemed much more at ease with the camera. He looked more like he had when we had been chatting.
Erwin told me that when he returns to Holland he will be life coaching. He worked in construction for 15 years but tragedy struck. He lost both of his children within a short space of time. The first had a heart problem and the second died in a cot. He left everything and went to Australia. While there he had a revelation which turned his life around. When he returned home he restarted his life seeking to help others, particularly those suffering as he had.
Erwin asked if he could hug me. Of course I agreed. I got a couple of nice shots of the two friends and we exchanged words of thanks as we said our goodbyes.
Thank you Erwin, for agreeing to be in my project. It was good to meet you today. Best wishes for your remaining time in Glastonbury and as you return home.

Back in Seattle, Amber is a life coach. I told her of Erwin who had become a life coach after tragedy had struck in his life. Amber said that it had been difficulties in her own life that had influenced her decision too.
Amber enjoys graphic design and so does her husband. I think that she said he designs things such as logos for football clubs.
When I was photographing Amber, she had this big smile all the time. I wondered if I might get a different expression if I used a tip that Poupetta once suggested to me. So I asked Amber to take a deep breath and think about her husband.
She did this then she smiled again. She said that her husband is the funniest man. He makes her laugh all the time; as much today as when they were married eight years ago. This made me smile.
