This is an old thing, but a long while ago, I made this set of pictures in honor of the mesh tails made by Azaiya in SL, or more specifically, each colors.

So I went and took pictures with all of them, with a style to fit each tail, along with my personal custom colored tail that I used the most from her.

It's old, but still, thanks a lot Azaiya for your wonderful tail. I had a hard time finding a better mesh tail than this one, because it was that good.

Just having some fun in Elements 10 and learning/practising blending techniques.

I love the look Nicole has in this one - just sooo many to choose from!

I also learned from looking at this shot to NEVER let my models lay their arm against their body like that, as it appears they have very large arms. My model weights 100 pounds, yet the camera really does show something quite different! Lesson #257 learned. lol

I have recently begun photographing chefs and food. Since chefs are the new rockstars, this makes sense.... I like to approach food photography inspired by sculpture and fine art as much as from still life photography.

Ever seen Penn's still life work? No? Get off of flickr now and go look at it! ;-)

So much life can be captured in a single droplet. Each time I capture one, I feel the excitement of what these colors and forms might do in this droplet. Thus far, I've not been disappointed. Have I mentioned how much I'm enjoying the rain lately? ... Well, I am!!!

Remembering #293,839,298. I'm sorry I wasn't paying attention, Duck Tales was on and they finally played the scene from the opening where Scrooge and the evil guy scramble across a disintegrating floor. It was awesome...also I'm pretty sure my controller was broken.

Look inside, look inside your tiny mind, then look a bit harder

Cause we’re so uninspired, so sick and tired, of all the hatred you harbour

So you say it’s not OK to be gay, well I think you’re just evil

You’re just some racist, who can’t tie my laces

Your point of view is medieval

Fuck you (fuck you)

Fuck you very very much

Cause we hate what you do and we hate your whole crew

So please don’t stay in touch

Fuck you (fuck you)

Fuck you very very much

Cause your words don’t translate and it’s getting quite late

So please don’t stay in touch

Do you get, do you get a little kick out of being small-minded?

You want to be like your father, it’s approval you’re after

Well that’s not how you find it

Do you, do you really enjoy living a life that’s so hateful?

Cause there’s a hole where your soul should be

You’re losing control a bit

And it’s really distasteful

Fuck you (fuck you)

Fuck you very very much

Cause we hate what you do and we hate your whole crew

So please don’t stay in touch

Fuck you (fuck you)

Fuck you very very much

Cause your words don’t translate and it’s getting quite late

So please don’t stay in touch

Fuck you (x7)

You say you think we need to go to war

Well you’re already in one

Cause it’s people like you

That need to get slew

No one wants your opinion

Fuck you (fuck you)

Fuck you very very much

Cause we hate what you do and we hate your whole crew

So please don’t stay in touch

Fuck you (fuck you)

Fuck you very very much

Cause your words don’t translate and it’s getting quite late

So please don’t stay in touch

Fuck you

We found this charismatic street musician at the Cranberry Festival in Fort Langley.

He was playing "In My Life" (The Beatles) and he was doing it great.

After our curtailed second pose (counting from when I joined the session) we had another 20 minute one, for which Lily adopted a more relaxed posture.

I decided to switch to sanguine conté on A4 tan toned paper.

This is actually my second attempt at a sketch as soon after I started I realised that the pose (at least from the angle I was viewing at) was better suited to landscape than portrait format). I abandoned my first attempt after about a minute and started this one on a fresh sheet. I think I took about 7 minutes on this.

It was the triangle formed by the right forearm, head and shoulders that particularly grabbed my attention from this angle.

Someday I wish to scoot down the narrow alleys in one of these scooters....

Unfortunately, I don't know how to ride a motorbike. For a period of time, I wanted to learn and even planned where I could park it.... However, riding bikes in Singapore is definitely not enjoyable in the humid weather and the thunderstorms in the afternoon.

I've not done much still life.I like the idea of collections of objects such as these from my jewellery box. I'm not sure how to light my objects but its something I hope to improve on throughout this 366. Some post processing in Photoshop.

It was a recent Sunday afternoon that I found the sun favaourably lighting these fruit in the kitchen. The house was quiet, and I could work at my pleasure.

I chose a variety of manual settings to get these these images.
