He was a buss driver who drove point to point in distance almost 20km for 5 times a day. he might be tired, but still a small part of nicotine from smoke was the only thing he knows to ease the pain.
John Lennon's memorial in Central Park. Called Strawberry Fields.
The Central Park memorial was designed by Bruce Kelly, the chief landscape architect for the Central Park Conservancy. Strawberry Fields was dedicated on what would have been Lennon's 45th birthday, 9 October 1985.
The entrance to the memorial is located on Central Park West at West 72nd Street, directly across from the Dakota Apartments, where Lennon had lived for the later part of his life, and where he was murdered.

Took 8 or nine days, but this is the tropics and the tropics has it's own rhythm,

This sunset photo is dedicated to my Mom who was three weeks shy of 92 years old when she passed away on Mothers Day Sunday the 10th.

11/2 hour drawing. I'm about to start doing some more painting doing some longer poses over 2 sessions roughly around 4 hours each day which I'm really looking forward to.
I've been using General's pastel chalks which you can't get here in the UK I have to ask folk from the states to bring them over. They're a really hard chalk which I find amazing to draw with, other pastels tend to be too crumbly and smudgy.
