A can at the Ben Ash Monument in South Dakota. Darn thing got put in it's place!! Stupid smart alec cans being all helpful and collecting garbage.
In defense of the vandals....aside from this can and that picnic table and an outhouse this was the view in all directions so it really was the only thing out there to pick on! haha
As Michael Phelps once said “ nothing is impossible. With so many people saying it couldn’t be done, all it takes is an imagination.” With this in mind our pupils enjoyed splashing away their thoughts today in their first swimming lesson this year.

"Outside the Box" by Changing Lives Youth Theatre Ensemble- with Leslie Hill, Lina Green, Barby Ellison and Nicole Barrera
Since I stay after school for 2+ hours after my students leave, I rarely work on lesson plans at home. But I was feeling a creative energy buzz this afternoon, so I started working on my upcoming Romeo & Juliet unit. I've never taught this play before, and it's so much a part of the 9th grade tradition, that I'm really excited about it.
I taught a strobe lesson in Shinjuku, with the help of the talented Youko Sunshine and makeup by Beauty By Alexandre. After we got the makeup on, it went fantastically. Thanks to everyone involved, and especially to David and Tom.
