This lesson focused on the use of acrylics and creating a dress from collaged magazine pieces.

My daughters 1st ever flying lesson, hopefully the 1st step on her road to fullfilling her dreams and becoming a pilot in the RAF, the Red Arrows, and eventualy the Blades!

The weather and light werent good, with the thermometer showing -2C, and a thick overcast and it was a misty day, but unlike the rained off last attempt, this time, she took to the air! :D

(Yes, i am VERY PROUD! lol)

Thai Classic Picnic Favourites, Lesson Six, is one of my favourite classes. That’s because most of the wonderful recipe items were included in a picnic lunch we shared with two Thai monks many years ago in the province of Udon Thani. Barbecue Chicken, Papaya Salad and Sticky Rice were on the menu then and, again, last night when I hosted this class for a packed group of students.
