Macro Mondays - Crystal
Some crystal gems from my craft stash.
HMM everyone, will catch up later.
Poking fun at the famous maxim from Mies van der Rohe who firmly believed that "less is more." I think he had that right, but sometimes More is just plain fun.....like on HSS. : ))
Be well and safe, friends!

Macro Monday - Gold or Silver
The spoon has silver leaf flakes in it...from my craft stash.
I bought the spoon from a local Fair trade shop. It was made in Laos from aluminium salvaged from deactivated unexploded bombs dropped on their province during the secret war which took place between 1964 and 1973.
A percentage of the money from the sale of these spoons goes to a charity to help young disadvantaged Laotians further their education.
I spent far too long getting a photo for this theme. I just could not find inspiration...if anyone finds my mojo please return it forthwith...many thanks in anticipation. HMM
20/52: The 52 week challenge - Sparkle! – Shoot what inspires you this week, just make sure it sparkles.
Another high key image...I am so predictable but in a rush so sticking to my safety zone...and my much used craft stash.
I won't be around much for the next week or so...once again I apologise for the lack of commenting. It's been a manic year and will continue to be for the next few months. I will stop by when I can.
Day 67/365: 2015
The weekly theme is selective colouring.
I took the parasol out with me in the hope of finding somewhere interesting to photograph it but ended up with this fence. Not sure I'll manage to keep the theme up as I now have RSI from re-colouring! ;) It's quite time consuming too, a great theme though so I'll do my best.
Oh dear, I have just realised that to fit the theme the selective colour was meant to be done in camera, sorry!

229/366: 2016
This came about from one of the other projects I do, the theme is backlit but it had to be backlit by the sun so I decided to try this idea for my 366. A liqueur glass filled with coloured water and backlit with my iPad
