45/52: The weekly challenge - Something found in the kitchen
So many things in the kitchen to photograph and it still took me ages to think of what to do...another high key!
Canon EOS 6D - f/5.6 - 1/80sec - 100mm - ISO 2000
- for challenge Flickr group: Macro Mondays, theme: Look Up
- distance between circle centers: 4.3 cm
This week's challenge/task was to photograph something that requires your camera to be pointed vertically upward.
For me this ended up lying on my terrace under the garden table, where I found this mysterious symbols and code. I presume that even in Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code symbologist Robert and cryptologist Sophie would have been puzzled.
This was the other option for Macro Monday. I surprised myself by not choosing the high key but felt the other one was maybe more interesting.

the original shot was bright red wall detail with a glaring hanging light fixture. reflection/wrap filter in corel got rid of the glaring bulb and desaturation got rid of the red. i added ivory tone. the pink version below was changed with an online pixlr filter and corel software color. hss!
