Why not, if a leprachaun comes to town and wants to put an Irish Music Center on Market between Wealthy and Charlie's Crab where are the City trucks going to go? Just kidding but assuming that everyone agrees that is a miserable use of river front property and a casino might look good there here is a spot to move the City garage with a gas station ready to go too?????
