The 1st step that you’re going to do is you’re going to find the loop on the end of the lifting straps.2. Slide the other end through the loop.3. Then move the weightlifting strap onto your hand so the other end is hanging down your palm, you don’t want it this way over top. As well you don’t want it to be up on your wrist cause that’s not going to support everything down onto your hand.4. Tighten it up like this … and that’s ready to go.5. Now I will show you how to wrap the strap around the bar to get the tightest grip possible.6. So your starting position for this step is close to the bar with your wrist strap going underneath, don’t go overtop like this you’ll still have the ability to wrap it around like that but you’re.not going to get a tight grip this way.7. Put it underneath the same way your thumb would go underneath, you can push the lifting strap end underneath then get it on the back side with your fingers like this and pull it until it is tight.8. Now that you have it like this it’s an easy exercise of just flipping it over multiple times… if you really want to keep it tight what works great is that you do similar to a motorcycle grip or a motorcycle throttle twist it … bring it … pull it … twist it … you’re good to go.9. CFC Middke East Conference - Day 01
It's the first day of the big event and we came late coz today my mom was supposedly be flying back to the Philippines but because of some papers from the immigration that was not properly settled, the flight was rescheduled on Sunday. It was a tiring morning coz of what happened, but we are still committed to attend and be part of the Middle East Conference that's why we still went there even though we are late.
So here we are visiting each venue for the three ministry. The Kids for Christ which when we arrived was already on the parade part. I was pulled out from the Kids for Christ documentation committee to the Couples for Christ so most of my photos was taken at the CFC Middle East Conference. But every now and then I visit the Kids for Christ and the Youth for Christ to take some shots.
The first day ended and all is well. A tiring day but full of fun. See you tomorrow.

• Register as an Organizer / Group / Business / Educational Entity, agree to T&C, and submit. Your registration will be reviewed and approved by the platform admin. To make you registered successfully.
• You will get an email confirmation from our Admin on your registered email ID.
• You may now login using your email ID & password and upload your question bank.
• You are also required to fill out your profile info and submit it.
• You will now be viewing your dashboard.
• Click on new to add a new category in the manage category section.
• Then you can add questions by choosing the category & difficulty level. Type in your question, type in the answers and identify the correct option.
• Do not put any symbols in between the answers/questions. Then press the add button.
• Do not leave any blank row to see the result.
• Now your question is successfully added. You may review/edit your questions and the options provided.
• You can edit or delete the invalid question in this view section. And can see the number of questions uploaded so far and export them by clicking on the export icon.

During our honeymoon stay at Ubud Village Resort & Spa *amazing village*, we joined their 2 hours cooking class. They assigned 2 helpful chef to teach us how to cook some authentic balinese food - Soto Ayam, Pepes Ikan, Pelecing Kankung and Pisang Rai
And B help me took all these picture as i was busy cutting chilies and onions, thanks B :)
