J'aime's Latin American Workout this year is celebrating its 25th Anniversary performing in Carnaval San Francisco. The director of the group, Mr. J'aime Martinez-Castro, is a former Carnaval King. The theme for this year is "Silver Dream" and the costumes are white and silver, representing purity and royalty. Latin American Workout promotes dance and fitness in the Bay Area utilizing Latin American Music and Culture, mainly to communities not familar with this culture. The company also has performed at schools, festivals, and other venues. The rehearsals are mainly in Burlingame and San Francisco.

Latin Inspiration is considered to be one of Chicago's finest in Modern Latin Jazz, Salsa,Afro Cuban and Puerto Rican Bomba/Plena. The Band has an extensive career performing for the City Of Chicago and abroad. Considered to be one of the most solicited bands in the city, they recently performed for the Jazz Institute Jazz in The Park, Chicago Summer Dance, Logan Square Art Festival, Evanston Art Festival, Palmer Square Art Festival, Northern Trust Bank, National Puerto Rican Coalition Inc. and many other Corporate and Jazz club venues. This Band also performs original Latin Jazz and Salsa music with a Chicago Sound. And the Emphasis is Chicago Sound! On Sunday, September 24th, 2017, more than two-hundred friends of the Canons Regular of Saint John Cantius gathered with priests and brothers of the order for an elegant meal, lively entertainment, and one another's company all with the cause of supporting the mission of Restoring the Sacred. The event was held at the Gold Coast Room of Chicago's Drake Hotel. This year's event marked the record for highest attendance at he Annual Benefit Dinner.
Patrons of the dinner were shown a new video about the Canons Regular, soon to be released.
