Early November and the last colors of autumn will be gone within a week in central Connecticut. Autumn is considered the best season for pictures by many photographers - but I just feel trepidation as it advances. Growing up in a warmer climate just makes me yearn for the summer when this far from the equator. Time for me to suck it up.

This was the last thing on Rt 66 in Oklahoma before crossing the Texas/Okla state line. However, In our case it was the first stop as we were coming from Texas into Oklahoma

Summer is almost over and Einstein the guinea pig is enjoying the last summery warm days. He even dusted off his fancy summer hat for this photoshoot. I have a feeling that the next time you'll see him it might be next to pumpkin. :)
