File size has to be small to fit on flick, so doesnt look as good as the original, but still worth uploading i think.
So I designed my 14x36 to use a Rodenstock APO Ronar CL 1070mm f14. The camera has a max theoretical bellows draw of 52 inches. The 1070 only needs 42 inches for infinity. For landscapes this is fine and even if I need to I have about 200mm extra for things closer to the camera. The way I was going to originally do it was use a old graflex camera as a shutter. I just couldn’t find it in me to destroy another camera for this one. So I found a Sinar shutter for fairly cheap. My new idea is to mount the sinar shutter on the inside of the lens board. This way I’m not putting stress from a 6 lbs lens on the front of it.
