Bin DWL 31 has a brilliant medium gold colour with tinges of green. The bouquet shows rich complex varietal Rhine Riesling fruit character. The palate has a sweet luscious flavour showing excellent complexity and balance. The wine offers superb drinking now as a late picked dessert style which will continue to improve for 5-7 years. Gustav Klimt Barbie doll echoes the artist's portrait, Adele Bloch-Bauer I, reflecting the painting's Byzantine mosaics and Egyptian motifs. The Nintendo Entertainment System was another obscure system which was released in the mid-80’s. Presumably these games are so rare because they’re absolutely freaking huge. Plus, no one really wants to play games which apparently promote cruelty to animals and pyromania. Early Nintendo-produced NES games had a fairly standarized label design, with some real game graphics used for the artwork and the game title set beneath it at an angle, but this quickly gave way to a free-for-all anything goes approach to label design. And they’re freaking huge. I know I might be desecrating your memory of a classic here, but seriously. Look at them. They’re FREAKING HUGE.

Second in the series, Couture Angel Barbie doll is a heavenly vision of romance in dramatic colors. She seems to float on air in a strapless gown with golden foil printed tulle. Assignment for class was to make a label for something. I kept this one pretty simple. Sort of like their new labels, except for the logo is more like the original logo, plus added a texture to the background. Made in Illustrator.
A blackberry wine from Raven's Glenn of West Lafayette, Ohio. These aren't the way we usually do them out in the wine country of Washington and Oregon; Reds and Whites rule out this way. Back east they love their fruit wines, too!
