The Car: 1969 Camaro with a Mast LS7 and a T-56 Magnum Transmission
The Project: The Camaro will be receiving our DSE Hydroformed Subframe, QUADRALink™, 4 point DSE Roll Cage, Mini Tub Kit and Subframe Connectors. The car will also be receiving Baer Brakes, a DSE Super Tank 1000 Series, C&R Radiator, DSE SS Headers and a full custom 3” exhaust system.

Chapeltown Mini-Market at night is almost something resembling a scene from a Tim Burton Movie.
Pedestrians treading the grey streets of Chapeltown Road are suddenly greeted by an explosion of colour one might well associate with his movies.
Here the Sikh Indian shopkeeper kindly consented to allowing me to take a photograph of him in his shop. In truth, he took a picture of me talking to his other customers so I joined in. All good fun!

The ZO6 arrived in the Autumn of 2005. It had a new 427.6inch (7088cc) version of the small block LS7 producing 505bhp. The car also has a dry sump oil system, and titanium connecting rods. The ZO6 frame is constructed of aluminium representing a 136lbs. weight reduction over the standard cars steel frame. Other weight saving comes in the form of a magnesium alloy engine cradle and carbon fibre/ balsa wood composite floors. The 2011 ZO6 carbon edition also has carbon fibre ceramic brakes, active suspension and carbon fibre aerodynamics.

The classic British Racing Green paint scheme is not as eye catching as the schemes in our other recent builds but it is simply beautiful. Again, it's difficult to do this car justice through photos. You have to experience it in person to fully appreciate it, especially the roar of the motor. Coupled with the elegant tan leather interior, it has to be one of the best chassis that we have built to date.

This gentleman believe it or not is an ex drug dealer from the Chapeltown area who now works with Teen Challenge Leeds. This organisation aims to help young people free themselves from drug addiction and the repetetive cycles of crime and prison.
The organisation travels in tourer vans akin to those used at trade fairs and invites people in for a quick cup of tea and a chat. They visit Chapeltown every wednesday evening from around 8-10pm.
They were very welcoming and were pleased for this opportunity to promote their work.
