From the outside, it looks like any other silver '85 Fiero SE. The dual exhausts aren't even a giveaway; V6 Fieros had dual exhausts, and custom tailpipe extensions abound. You have to open the rear deck to know what makes this Fiero very, very special, and not to be messed with at a stoplight. Not with 500hp pushing 2400 pounds. It's a rocket ship.
Of course, a V8 Fiero never would have been built in '85; Corvette acolytes within GM would have had a fit.

Mel Medina’s 1957 Chevy Nomad was crafted by Johnny’s Auto Trim and Rod Shop, presented in an exclusive, “Rocket Red.” The 1957 Chevy Nomad Bel-Air contains an Authoritative 405 Horsepower, All Aluminum, 5.7 liter LS6 General Motors engine mounted to a Tremec Five Speed, (is the led of the C-4 Corvette chassis that controls this 1957 Chevrolet.) Utilized on street or track, the total independent suspension for preferable handling and corvette brakes accompany, the 18” Billet Specialities Wheels which are the final components to ultimately control the Nomad under any situation. With regard to “Custom”; the Paul Newman C-4 Chassis and Suspension are polished aluminum to blend with the polished stainless Exhaust System. Noticeable on the LS6 is a “One Off” Engine Cover with Billet Aluminum moldings that flow the design into the full “One Off” Custom Leather Interior. The interior encompasses many features, such as: power steering, power windows and power door openers (neither limited to heat or flooding cool air-conditioning.) Acoustic notability is determined by Kenwood Audio Equipment in the Center Console. Capabilities such as: Pandora and IHEART Radio are among the accessibilities to Sirius XM Radio, IPOD, USB, and Bluetooth hookup, with, of course, any type of audio disc acceptance. Beyond the absorbing impact of the audio is a total hand-designed Interior featuring flawless modern expression. High-grade leather hide has been chosen to wrap the hand-built and fully functional seats and center console that convince the eye to embrace the workmanship. With the above-mentioned features in key placement, the Drive;s Cockpit is hushed and ready to perform. The Classic instruments Gauge Cluster, for all vehicle input, polished tilt steering column, power-steering wheel, and Billet Aluminum pedals are at the ready. In the rear is a spacious, easy-accesses compartment, (hidden behind the flush-mounted in-design door) which holds the vehicle’s battery and is also adequate for storage.
........we have to use the short hard today, as it's way to windy to use the other runways....so we are going for a rolling grid!
