"In a hole in the ground, there lived a hobbit..."
and you know the rest.
I am very excited to present my entirely-rebuilt model, this time in real bricks and properly photographed! (please excuse my novice photoshop skills) It has been much too long in the works.
Next up are instructions!
I have yet to format about 80% of the pages. And I'm currently in school, so this may have to wait some time.
Stay tuned.
Once a sovereign of flesh,
Now a scourge of blight.
It’s crown broken,
Disfigured into horns.
Wings that dream of flight,
Now bound to the earth.
For all who cherished it
Lie silent within its bones,
Their screams masked by sorrow.
„Did we get on the wrong shuttle? This feels an awful lot like vacation.“ Linx chimed through the com link. „Tell them when we’re back at camp, maybe they can get the breakfast buffet ready.“ Bruiser groaned, half amused, half annoyed. He was walking a few meters behind me and his armor shone in the morning light as the sun slowly rose above the endless fields of Dantooine. This indeed did not feel like the action packed, dangerous mission command had sold it as. The dark acolyte the Legion had encountered on Rhen Var was supposed to hide here somewhere, but as long as he wasn’t a shape shifter that had turned into a bird, there was no sign of him anywhere. Every once in a while I took a look through the scope of my rifle, but there was nothing to see apart from a few mice and rabbits among the grass and the occasional bird flying overhead. This was by far the most boring patrol we’d done in ages, though, admittedly, with one of the best views. Something told me I’d miss it, once we were in action again, but right then I’d gladly had been shot at by a battalion of droids, just to escape the monotony. „Alright boys, let’s get back to camp. Breakfast should be ready any time now.“ „Any idea what’s on the menu today, Sarge?“ Linx laughed, knowing full well it’d be the same tasteless ration cubes as every day. „I’d say Roba sausages and Mon Cala algae salad.“ Bruised was in a good mood after all. „I’ll have a Nerf steak and fried eggs then.“ Linx answered. „And you, Sarge?“ I hesitated for a moment. It had been a while since I had some solid, tasty food and for a second I could not remember the taste of any of it. „I’d love some chicken.“ I finally chimed, pointing at one of the birds nearby. „Lucky you, ration cubes all taste like it anyway.“ Linx laughed, though, for a moment we all wished the cubes really had a flavor to them and be it only chicken.

My foot injury has healed and I finally managed to finish my entry for mission 2.1 of the 253rd Elite Legion. Not sure, whether I can whip up the other parts of the mission in time, though. Anyway, I hope you had a tasty breakfast today and can enjoy a view like Dantooine this summer somewhere.
My entry for the third week of Rogue Olympics 2025. The theme is "Backwards", and I used 99 pieces, including 4 that are just used for keeping the thing level when photographing.

Hi! Today I present you one of my my older MOCs which I built one year ago but haven’t posted it here. It shows how two brave warriors from two warring kingdoms are having a duel amongst the ruins in the wilderness. Who’ll win?
Second fast entry for the POTC-Contest on the German LUG www.RogueBricks.de
This time a small scene from the part 'On Stranger Tides'.
Nothing special here, I just wanted to build something with the slopes for upcoming MOCs.
My entry for the 6th round (nature) of the Rogue Olympics at Rogue Bricks. The only restriction is a max. amount of 101 parts. I used exactly 101 parts for this build.
SCENE: On top off the mountains, above the clouds, sits the Golden Pagoda. Legend says an old ronin lives there, some try to seek him out....
Having finished the stunning game Ghost of Tsushima earlier this year, I immediately knew I had to build a cool Japanese/Asia inspired styled Samurai MOC. The Asia category in the Summer Joust sold me on the idea and forced to me finish it by August. I am also a huge fan of Japanese Ukio-e art, which inspired me a lot. This is not any specific scene from a game or art piece, just a cool idea in my mind that I wanted to realise.
I think I managed to fulfill my initial idea of how it should have looked like. The larger island was built in less than 4 days, while the small one took 4 weeks :D I’m happy with the rockwork, managed to include some cool new pieces, as with the green vegetation, while the large tree I could have done better. I finally got to use some new techniques and pieces in the MOC, like the legs as poles of the “torii” gates, the catapult pieces as stairs, the Thor hammers as parts of the roof and a few other.
This is my fifth build in my Iron Builder round against Mountain Hobbit, using the Windscreen 6 x 4 x 1 Hexagonal with Bar Handle. You see all the builds here: [Iron.builders]
The (t) stands for Thumb!
This is my entry for the 6th round of Rogue Olympics, where the theme is "Attack!". As ever, pushing right up against the limit with 101/101 pieces used.
Submission, piece breakdown and behind the scenes shot on Rogue Bricks
My sixth entry to the Iron Forge 2025! Here, I used two seed parts (mudguard that has only one wheel arch) to create the pockets.
I won't pretend to know a lot about pool, but I know the black ball should go in last, making that yellow ball a tricky shot.. hence the title!
I would have liked to build it out a bit more, but did not have enough of so many of the essential parts...
Alternate title: "I ran out of bright green".
One of our scouting parties saw some of the newer artillery models, post-Denial units of their own design, firing straight up into the sky the other day. They didn’t understand what was happening until they saw streaks of light between the clouds - the wreckage of crashing satellites burning up in the atmosphere. We didn't realize we had any left.

There is no standstill, there is movement.
There is no home, there is the road.
There is no destination, there is the journey.
There is no monotony, there is wonder.
There is no guide, there is the Force.

Today I noticed that all my builds so far this year have exclusively been for challenges, collaborations, contests and RPGs. I feel like I’m putting a lot of pressure on me when I build these days. So, today I seized the opportunity to build something just for myself again. After watching chapter 4 of The Mandalorian yesterday, this little peaceful build came to mind, including a droid, kind of similar to that seen in the episode. I hope you like it!
6th build in my Iron Builder round against loafbuilds using the Wave Rounded 1 x 4 with 2 Studs on Ends.
The seed part was used 40 times.
I created this moc in a little over one month for TheBrickWiz moc contest, For this moc I drew inspiration from the Ninjago city gardens set but put a Star Wars the Clone Wars twist on it. I recreated a few lesser known scenes from the show including the Martez Sisters workshop, the droid spa exterior and the cantina fives visits while on the run. Along with that I took creative liberates on the roof of the moc to have some bounty hunters fighting to the death.
An ancient harbinger arises from the depths. Whatever destruction it leaves in its wake is a mere warning - for its crusted kin shall soon overrun the earth.

This build is pulling double duty as my contribution to Kaijune and as the kickoff for Time for Crab 2025!
This year's Time for Crab crustacean collaboration open to all builders takes place during the month of July. Anyone and everyone is invited to build and post crabs, crab-adjacent MOCs, crustacean-inspired objects or vehicles; anything that's recognizably crabby.
If you post your crab between the 1st of July and 31st of July with the 'timeforcrab' tag here on Flickr or on Instagram, you'll enter a raffle. When the time for crab draws to a close, we'll randomly pick one contributor to receive a copy of 40781 Badnik: Crabmeat from the LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog lineup, kindly signed by the designer Maxx Davidson.
It is time for crab!

My entry for the second round of Rogue Olympics 2025. The theme was "Oops!", and the restriction, as ever, is to only use 101 pieces. I used 97 here.
I had lots of fun playing around with different systems; Duplo, Modulex and there's even a hint of Bionicle in there!
I was inspired by FS Leinad's excellent photo in using the Duplo.
Finally, it should be fairly obvious to any fellow builders what moment I've captured here. I know it's one that's happened to me once too often.😅

A quick little raccoon build I did the other day as a present for a friend. Especially happy with the part usage for the tail.

Water is life. The Romans also knew this. And so, in 19 BC, the consul Marcus Agrippa had the Aqua Virgo aqueduct built next to the Pantheon to supply the thermal baths he had built. This aqueduct - in continuous operation since antiquity - carries water from the Sabine Mountains over a distance of more than 25 kilometers to Rome.
My MOC shows such a Roman aqueduct. It is another contribution to the annual challenge on www.RogueBricks.de
Nothing special, but the arch bricks fit very well for this building.
The previous BIG SHAPE 06 was an imposter, and in reality is BIG SHAPE 05. It has since been reprimanded but not renamed.
What was only supposed to be a series of 3 models, spun into a total of 6. This is my 4th build in my "Moments of Melancholy" series. While all the others had some sort of direct inspiration, whether a song or a piece of artwork, this one was just off the dome.
Only uses the colors white, light bley, dark bley, black, red, dark red, and coral. Model started in August 2023, finished in May 2024, and photographed in March of 2025. The top petals use ~10 sets of the dragon wings from set 70653 Firstbourne (Part # 38765 on Bricklink).
one of the classic movie posters of STAR WARS - Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back made from LEGO Bricks. Made digitally with Bricklink Studio. lots of bricks in there that were never made in the colors i used
Crash. Just a big, orange dummy.
Smash - An equally large, white dummy.
Poor lad goes day in and day out being abused in various ways. Thrown from vehicles, thrown through vehicles, hit by vehicles, hit by other dummies. Everyday is the same pains in different ways each and every time. But this guy?
He bounces, and gets up and walks away. Each and every time! Can you believe that?! Maybe it's bulk, or maybe its the fact that he's painted orange.
His counterpart, Smash, has it worse off. This bloke gets smashed under hydraulic presses, run over by all sorts of vehicles, and has even had one dropped on him right out of the sky. That doesn't make sense! But just like his brother, he can also get up and just walk away.
Together this dynamic duo continuously gets their parts handed to them and put back only to go back and do it again, yet they smile each time! Or they would, if they had faces that is...
Built these yesterday to start off the year and I'm pretty happy with how they turned out. They were inspired by this, and my desire to use the sand blue cylinder piece for a long time, and while they're taller and bigger than I had initially been envisioning, I like them for the most part. Hope you guys enjoy them too!
After the collapse, terrain across the sectors became unstable—cracked highways, sunken cities, shifting rubble. Traditional vehicles failed. In their place came towering mechs like the DZ-63, built to adapt, patrol, and "protect."
Outfitted with infrared ocular sensors, the DZ-63 can detect distress signals or hostile targets across vast distances. It was meant to support drone units, deliver aid, and stabilize conflict zones. But its presence now means one thing: control. Peacekeeping turned into enforcement. Rescue into suppression. Backed by a rising authoritarian regime, these machines serve bloated police forces who operate far above the law. The line between safety and surveillance has vanished.
To the people, the DZ-63 is no longer a guardian—it’s a weaponized relic, a symbol of fear and oppression. Its heavy frame moves through ruined streets like a warning. And every time it appears on the horizon, it fans the flames of revolution.
My eighth and final entry for the second round of the Iron Forge 2025. The seed part, minifigure head, was used a total of 44 times.
This one was a doozy. Very pleased with how it came out but it was hard work and I maybe shouldn't have left this idea till last!
After a roughly 10 hour building gauntlet, I proudly present: The Iron Forge 2025 Accordion.
This is my entry for the fourth round of the Rogue Olympics 2025. The theme was "trash", which I interpreted as "junk food".
As ever, the limit was 101 pieces which was especially tight on this one. I had to remove parts of the shopping trolly not seen from this angle just to make it all adhere to the limitation!
Stretchy's Domino Rally paradise
My contribution for the current round of RogueOlympics. Topic of the week: Reaction.
I immediately had to think of my kindergarten days and the first self-constructed experiments in which a reaction was in the foreground of the fun: A domino rally.
Again I built in a Little Robot, this time Stretchy who seems to love this fun too. 88 parts in total.
The Airborne Weapons Platform B1 (AWP-B1 for short) was an internationally used military fighter aircraft used throughout the Unifying War between 2312 and 2329. Its hollow wings could be equipped with a wide range of useful tech and weapons ranging from sensor array over communication antennas to missile launchers. Initially shipped in a bright yellow color and featuring a big sphere like cockpit, which was reminiscent of an insect eye, a subtle hint to the reconnaissance function of the craft, it was quickly dubbed „Banana Bug“ by soldiers all over the world. Due to its high speed and cheap maintainability the craft remained in service even after the conflict and was later used in smaller interplanetary campaigns by the United Earth Forces.

I always wanted to build an aircraft in a retro sci-fi style, like it is found in series like Cowboy Bebop. When I stumbled upon the two boat pieces and the half sphere cockpit, push came to shove and a few unstable connections resulted in this colorful ship. I hope you like it as much as I do!

Cathlyn had seen several weak security systems, but this one was plain ridiculous. It almost seemed like the Centuri wanted to be attacked. There was literally a single switch that controlled all of the power grid for this facility. And if they were so kind to install something like this, she would certainly use it. Cathlyn had decided that a hunt for her target Jorik Kavas was pointless. She knew Zayne would be just as quick to find him as she would be. That was a risk she couldn’t take. She had to be the first to find Kavas. So, she had decided to make him come to her. The disabling of this facility was certain to attract his attention, so he would leave his hideout and become an easy target. He had always been a man with an urge to control and inspect, thus he would definitely want to check this, admittedly serious, security failure himself. Caitlyn flipped the switch. The room went dark immediately. Then an alarm went off. Caitlyn looked around and was startled by the sight of the doors closing. This shouldn’t be happening. She drew her sword…

Even though the Struggle for Klegon RPG kind of ended a few years ago, I decided to bring back my character Cathlyn the Hunter for this small vignette. Who knows, maybe she will show up every once in a while in the future.
The desert holds many dangers, some natural, others man made. Never let down your guard!

Small MOC for the Wild West Contest on www.RogueBricks.de
Shows how some guys of the Salt Lake Gang preparing a robbery.
As my friend Sanel built a MOC for the Nine Kingdoms with snow, I also wanted to build snow, which I never did before. Combined with the western style it fits very well. So, all credits to Sanel.
The Minifigs are part of the Figbarf Western contest.
Despite his dashing good looks and impressive strength, this mobster still has yet to pull off a successful job.
Heavily inspired by Joe Fixit, a character from Marvel Comics.
Hi,
Today I want to present you my newest MOC which I was building for last 4 months. I really hope you like it.
This MOC is also the enter build for Sky is The Limit category in Wandering Skies contest. Enjoy!
The Sith Inquisitors were merciless hunters, hand picked by Darth Vader and specialized for one single prey: Jedi. They hunted down any Jedi that had managed to escape Order 66. Hiding under masks, nobody knew who they really were. However, there were often rumors about them being former Jedi themselves, that had fallen to the dark side.

This time I built a Nazrul from the movie LOTR. I used 94 elements.
