The far-out intergalactic space rock band The Highway Stars performing in front of a group of 'nauts!
These were each shot on top of a glass pane, while the black backdrop is decorated with Christmas lights. Each of these photos were taken with various aperture settings and different camera positions, sometimes with certain band or crowd members re-positioned.
So this build was started for SHIPtember 2019, but struggled with it a bunch trying to make it a long spaceship (honestly I just didn’t have enough bricks to do it right). After giving up on the idea of building it for SHIPtember 2019, I struggled again because... don’t really know just remember stuggling with the concept of it(I guess if that makes any sense🤔). So time went by and I ended up seeing the categories for SpaceJam 2019 and there was this one called Galaxy Trucker. And that sparked me.
That’s it pretty much how this guy came to be. So seriously building it was started after December 1st.
Unfortunately the name FASE does not mean anything really I just made it up to have something.
The short version of the story is that this is my entry for SpaceJam 2019’s Galaxy Trucker category.
The ship is used by a trade company to ship products across the galaxy. It has a antenna on the top of the command bridge. On the front of the bridge you can find a quad turbo laser, and three single laser cannons on the back of it. On the top after the bridge you can find the energy cells, after that come the generators. The circular cutout with a bit of greeble detailing on the upper half of the ship is the shield generator.
Here is another custom Spaceship design. I think the light aqua and orange work well together and am proud of the way i was able to incorporate that windscreen piece.

The Classic Space theme was launched just a year earlier in 1978 and this set became a legend because it represented the most beautiful and largest spaceship in the entire fleet. It is incredible to think of the success that this set of only 338 pieces has had if we compare it to those on sale today, but in those days we were children who dreamed of having this box and our best memories are linked to it.
In '79 I was just 5 years old and I have never been able to have this box, too expensive for my parents, but I have always dreamed of it looking at it in the catalogs. Finally as an adult I looked for it and managed to buy it!
All this premise was used to introduce my new work: the Galaxy Explorer SDR-926! This year I am 10 years old as AFOL and I thought about making mocs that have a special meaning for me. The first of these was the desire to make a spaceship of some importance! SDR-926 wants to be a tribute to the 928 but with very different characteristics and numbers. Number 926 represents the birth of my daughter. The spaceship measures 85 x 75 x 21 cm and is made up of almost 4600 pieces! It took me 5 intense months to make it because it contains several features and functionalities in a single work.

First of three Second Vic Viper completed for Nnovvember 20101 (although the last completed).
The Grey Ghost fighter flew for the Confederated Colonies in the great Galactic Civil War. Named after Col. John Singleton Mosby in the American Civil war, this fighter's slim profile and grey powder finish make it extremely hard to spot. Using it's twin rail guns, the Grey Ghost punches holes in armor of capitol ships, and is just sneaky enough to do it! (Just like Mosby)
Fun fact: My mom grew up in the same town Mosby did, so there's a family connection here.
This ship is uniquely capable of creating separations in spacetime and opening rifts in the fabric of the universe through which it can travel great distances in an instant.

Set 497, Galaxy Explorer, released in 1979, was the flagship of the original Lego Space universe, portraying a large passenger/cargo spaceship with its landing pad on the lunar surface. At 338 pieces and four astronaut minifigures (two red, two white), sprawling over two 25cmx25cm baseplates, this is a spectacular set, with a list price ($32 in 1979 dollars) to match.
Set 497 was the US-market designation; in Europe, the same set was sold as Set 928, Space Cruiser and Moonbase, and the European set number 928 is imprinted on the sides of the spaceship. It is interesting to note that in the US market, the "Space Cruiser" designation was instead used on Set 487, which was a smaller, simpler, cheaper version of Galaxy Explorer.
Finding a complete Galaxy Explorer is considered the holy grail of vintage Lego Space collecting, and I was able to score one on eBay in March 2013. While the set is complete and the price fair, many pieces do have signs of yellowing from excessive sun exposure, one 6x6 light gray tile has an edge that has cracked off, and one 1x3 black tile was replaced by three 1x1 black tiles. The incorrect and damaged parts can easily be replaced, however, since they are common standard Lego parts.
The completed set. Despite the signs of age, still an awesome sight to behold. The ship has enough space for two (or even three) astronauts plus the moon buggy, making it a perfect vehicle for an exploration trip to the asteroids or a distant planet, or for a vacation run back to Earth.

An OG Hoth snowspeeder, who doesn’t love that?
This set has a couple classic Ice Planet prints, cool minifig with accessories, and a decent amount of neon transparent orange elements for a little ship!
Not only is it a capable little snowspeeder, but it has a detachable communications base/portable science lab. Simple, but a good use of a few parts to bring more story elements to a small build.
I’m happy to have this guy added to my Ice Planet 2002 fleet. Did you have this set? Does it hold up as interesting to a modern audience? Anyone know why it’s also called the Ice Planet Vx122?

Kuat Vehicles' new racing speeder for the client Starworks team in the Galactic Speeder League. The chassis is small and nimble and has a bike-like driver posture that gives potential prospect of downgrading the machine to B+ class after the 5-year cycle of using it in the top category.

A track service walker for the Galactic Speeder League based on AT-RT. The vehicle is made specially for the Grand Marshal whose duty is to give start and finish in the race. The walker is equipped with racetrack lights and chequered flags.
My build for FriendSHIPtember - an Exobotany Exploratory Vehicle. These Minidolls are touching down on a Crystalline Comet to research the alien flora.
It was awesome building this alongside my kiddo, who helped me design the weapon rack and crew, as well as some side creations of their own. The Party Bus windscreen seed parts from Moto led to some super functional LEGO Dots straps which also are structurally holding the removable top covers so they can't get lost. A winch in the armory can help lower and raise crew members, and a revolving door separates the control room from the entry area.
Team Ninjago's B+ class racing speeder deemed to replace the outdated CyberNinja x1 model in the Galactic Speeder League. This is the first racing machine in the Galactic Speeder League to incorporate thrusters and repulsors into single devices with a unified power source and power circle.

After seeing several floating rock Moc's I desided I wanted to make one eventually. So in Jan 2010 I began planning out what I needed to get in order to create what I was imagining. Construction didn't begin until after the spring semester (early May) it wasn't until end of June did I finally finish it. At brickfair 2010 it was voted "Best biggest space" by those from TLG.
